I finally found the web site I have been looking for. When I would think about the technology involved in mind control and/or surveillance I always had doubts about whether or not it existed. At this site there is a list of actual patents for this kind of technology. The first 1/3 of the article explains the uses of the technology and the last 2/3 is all full of patents.
