Part I: Models of Synthetic Telepathy

This article, the first of a series, deals with models of the mind control network. It is an elaboration and summary of some of the ideas expressed in my earlier essay "The Autopig." See also "Mental Firewalls" and "Special Powers and ESP.". For a list of some of the basic abbreviations used in the current series, see the document outlining abbreviations used in the essays. The later articles in this current series are listed at the end.
Please bear with the intro, even if the ideas seem unfamiliar at first. The sections near the end should make sense even without a complete grasp of the early sections, and will tend to clarify the ideas and make them more concrete. I do not cover the mental illness possibility and cover lie here because I have discussed it elsewhere, but remember that torture is not called torture because it is a picnic in the park. It leaves scars and sequelae.

Model independent reasoning

In the context we are working in, a model is an assumed framework for what facts hold. There are various possible models. Multiple model reasoning involves considering various models simultaneously. Model independent reasoning involves making decisions or coming to conclusions that hold in all models -- or at least in all tangibly likely models or in some collection of models. As a brief example, consider this binary tree split: Either the government is involved directly (CIA, etc.) or it is not (and non-government people are the perpetrators, with government at most indirectly involved). These are two models (or classes of models). It can be useful to evaluate the facts and the data with respect to each of these models. In some cases the government is directly involved and in others it is not, so this is an individual, victim-based model system. What model independent conclusion can be drawn?
The government is culpable and is the responsible party to petition for redress in both cases. So this conclusion is model independent with respect to those models. In the first case the culpability is obvious. In the second, it is clear that one of the main functions of government is to protect the citizens, especially their fundamental rights. The most fundamental right, underlying all others, is the freedom of thought. By refusing to fairly consider victims' claims and implicitly supporting such repression the government is also indirectly at best supporting a system of repression. These "psychic lynchings," -- under any model -- are very much in line with the long US history of civil rights abuses which the government has long turned a blind eye to. Note also that most victims still undergo criminal stalking and harassment in addition to the mind violations -- whatever the model.

The standard model

I refer to the assumption that technological mind control techniques are the underlying mechanism for most mind control abuses as the standard model. This model also includes techniques such as drugging and hypnosis -- which are known to have been applied in projects like MKULTRA and Bluebird -- as well as the combinations of these techniques with recent technology like voice-to-skull transmission devices.
As an example of an alternative model, consider what I call the natural model. This model assumes that what is occurring with many mind control victims is the abuse of natural psychic abilities. For example, it might be originating from a hostile remote viewing/harassment unit. Or it may be some other group of evil people with assumed real "psychic powers" sufficiently strong to cause the reported effects. I call the model where both technological methods and natural psychic methods are employed the mixed model because it is a mixture of both the standard model and the natural model.
This brings up the main split that will be considered as an example in this article. Is it technology or some natural psychic phenomenon? As I have pointed out in the above links, for many purposes it does not matter and the conclusions are model independent. The standard model is pure technology. We know that it exists. Psychic phenomena strong enough for the voice-to-skull phenomena reported by victims, if it exists, must have been kept secret by a conspiracy lasting millennia. There are various other incongruities with the natural model, including "facts" which are missing their logical consequences and thus are suspect. (This is especially true where those consequences are subject to arbitrage or profit -- though that can also be a motive for secrecy.) The natural psychic model would require a "psychic mafia" holding for generations, including for children, adolescents, and old people on deathbeds. It would require some enforcement mechanism so that even the disaffected members would not reveal a conspiracy that was not there to help them at all.
As I have also pointed out, though, the standard model of pure technology exists right now. Thus, in the current world, the pure natural model is obsolete (if it ever held). Could you tell the difference? So we have either the standard model or a mixed model with both natural psychic effects and technological ones.
Exposing the technology helps to bring out the the concepts and the violations even in the unlikely case that the natural model holds and a weaponized "psychic space" is the source of some people's harassment. Thus the decision or conclusion to bring out the existence of the technology and its known history of abuses follows in both the standard model (directly) and the natural model (indirectly). [And is the right thing to do regardless, because of the victims still suffering and denied redress. Human rights are axiomatically model independent with regard to any model.]
Why consider the natural model?
Although it provides a very good example of multiple model reasoning, there are some good reasons for victims to avoid the psychic model altogether. It may be used as a psyop to distract from the technology -- even that which is known openly to exist. It may be used to deceive technology victims into thinking they are "just psychic" and that the torture is "natural" (which it is not in either model). It is hard to take a natural psychic model to court, and so justice would have to proceed on other channels. The very association may be (and at times has been) used to connotationally tar mind control victims and their human rights plight with the "kookiness" that psychic phenomena tend to be regarded with in our society.
The reasons I consider the natural model -- even though I think the evidence supports the standard model -- are as follows:

• It is how the technology would seem to unwitting victims. There could well be a standard model with a psyop of a natural psychic model built on top of it. That is, many people with MC technology used on them unwittingly may be fooled into thinking they are psychic and know nothing of "the man in the middle" or the technology.
• The concepts of "telepathy," etc., are very familiar to many people from books and movies. Many people are even familiar with thinking about things like nonconsensual psychic attacks on their minds. In this sense it provides a natural introduction to some elements of the subjective mind control experience, i.e., how it feels to a victim. (This empathy may then extend to real, technological victims of similar horrors.) Of course the differences also need to be sharply highlighted.
• If we assume the natural model is not "magic," then there is a physics and a brain mechanism involved. If so, then this biological system can be and almost surely has been reverse engineered. This actually increases the likelihood of the standard model (or mixed model under this assumption) in many ways.
• Taking a multiple model approach generally minimizes the chances of being surprised should things turn out differently than you supposed originally.
• Many people believe the natural model already, whether it corresponds to ground truth or not. Such people are potentially attractive victims to those testing the technology, so they should be alerted to that possibility.
• Some people may psychologically prefer the natural model and be unable to cope with the standard model because they cannot deal with the idea that other humans would essentially put them in a technological cow pasture to exploit and manipulate them.
Please do not forget that the technology does exist and whatever the status of the "natural model" there are technological MC victims. Finally, there is something I call algorithm generica. This algorithm allows you to generalize or reason by analogy across models. It is amazing how much reasoning -- if you do the real, hard reasoning -- carries over to other models from thinking about a particular model. Whole subtrees remain essentially intact, to use the tree analogy. Generica is a bitch, as I say.

Reasoning around uncertainties

In reasoning it is important to know as much as you can, but also to keep in mind what you do not know. Many people know a little that some others do not, but think they know much more than they actually do. Model independent reasoning allows you to take uncertainties into account and find that, for some conclusions, what you do not know does not matter. What you know is enough. Of course this depends on your choosing the models correctly and covering all the possibilities. Bad data or deceptive data can be worse than no data: set a reasonable threshold and toss the garbage.
This ends the introductory part of the article. The remainder is a less structured collection of ideas and questions. If fully developed the above ideas would lead to a whole book, at least. These paragraphs hint at what that might look like. Victims in such situations probably do not need it all spelled out. And as the saying goes also, some horses start at the shadow of a whip. The main purpose of this article is to get the information out to those it may help. I mainly deal with "telepathy," natural or synthetic, by which voices and other audio productions are sent to victims in a voice-to-skull manner and whereby the victims' inner subvocal speech is transmitted out to others.

General Concepts in Synthetic Telepathy Models


Recall that an RTI is a realtime idiot, and is like a DJ at a radio station you are forced to listen to constantly and cannot turn down. They can access your private thoughts and harass you with this fact in their "broadcast." An AP is an autopig, which is an AI-like machine or expert system doing the job of an RTI. The combination is similar to a DJ playing taped segments between live segments.
Model neutral decisions. Rather than being completely model independent, some decisions are model neutral. This means that they hold in some models but for the other models they do not make any difference one way or another.
The third ear. This is a useful way of considering auditory phenomena not coming from the ears (or coming to the ears in a disguised way, where such a send is not apparent; certain known devices are capable of doing this). It is nothing but a sixth sense, whether it is natural or artificial. Even if it is a brain implant, it is essentially just like an additional sense organ. If you would not believe something sent to your real ears, why would you believe it if it were sent to your third ear without your consent? Partly this is because of denial of the phenomenon and the fact that people tend to confuse such signals with their own inner verbal thought processes. The modulation of such speech signals is typically pathological lies meant to harass, distract, and manipulate victims. Some such applications are subtle, while others are the blunt Chinese water torture of constant harassment. In the nonconsensual case, it is just like if Ewen Cameron forcibly strapped headphones onto your real ears and forced you to listen to harassing or manipulating audio 24 hours a day.
New term. The Cameron number of an autopig phrase (or RTI phrase) is the number of times it has been repeated. When a phrase has a large Cameron number it tends to become a strongly conditioned phrase (SCP). This essentially causes a form of brain damage to the victim. There is a tendency to hear such a phrase even when only vaguely similar phrases are heard, both on the third ear and through the actual ears.
Network structure of the communications channel. What we are dealing with in an abstract sense is a communications channel. The fact that it is often nonconsensual does not change this. The nodes of such a network are people, both perpetrators and victims. Some nodes might also be machines with AI-types of monitoring or harassment software. There is such a network structure in all models, though the exact details will vary. Considering questions of network details helps in fitting the data you gather to a particular model, though beware that psyops are intended to purposely conceal the real, underlying structure. These are some things to consider:
• Local vs. regional vs. global. Is there a spatial component? I.e. do people nearby tend to send or receive more strongly than those far away? Note that local interactions tend to be more noticeable than larger-scale ones because you have more direct feedback from individuals. More distant realtime spatial feedback might come from live radio or TV, for example, or a long-distance phone call. I have noticed a strong non-local component in my situation, but there may be a local component also that is partially masked by this. Of course a global or regional effect also tends to be local.
• Send power vs. receive power. Do some on the network send more strongly than they receive (i.e. more volume)? Do some receive more strongly than they send (i.e. more sensitive to weak signals)?
• "Control" or "consent" status. Do some nodes on the network have more control over the data they send or receive than others, such as an on-off switch or volume control? Are some witting versus others that are unwitting?
• Spatial distribution of senders and receivers. If there is a spatial component, what is the geographic distribution of people with the various send vs. receive parameters?
• Audience model. Is there a silent "audience" larger than the direct participants, the equivalent of Usenet lurkers? In the case of harassment, do they enjoy the "rape show," just tolerate it, or work to help the victims?
• Subnetworks. If there are localized subnetworks (or spatial regions, assuming a spatial component), are there different "cultures" within such subnetworks? Might harassment occur on one subnetwork, silent monitoring occur on another, and maybe even something useful and consensual on another?
On the notion of subnetworks, there are several ways such can arise. Note that they need not be completely isolated from each other, just clusters of higher connectivity. As an example, if the effect had a spatial component then spatial subnetworks would arise. They might also arise even within a spatial region. For example, if a frequency-specific nonthermal EM effect were responsible and people varied with respect to what frequencies they "sent" and responded to most strongly (according to their physiology and perhaps learning effects).
Psychic suppression units. If you assume a mixed model -- or even a weaponized pure natural model -- might there be the psychic equivalent of cointelpro? Control freaks seek out any channel for control and manipulation of individuals and groups. How might a "groupmind" be affected by manipulating or torturing a few select individuals? How might political murders or discrediting campaigns be carried out? What sort of economic exploitation would be possible?
Ground truth is the correct model. Keep in mind that the real "audience" and "perpetrators" are only those specified by the correct model (which is unknown). In conditionally evaluating any model, keep in mind what assumptions are assumed true within the model. This can avoid some fuzzy confusions across models which can tend to occur.
Ultimately internal, though also work on the external. Your reactions and response to mind control of this sort is ultimately internal. In some models you cannot ever "turn off" the signal without externally turning off or blowing up the machine responsible. (Shielding is another possibility, but there has been no reported long-term success in blocking the signals.) This is like if Ewen Cameron forcibly put earphones on your real ears that you could not remove. You would have to hear the sound. In other models such as certain EM models you might be able to modify your brain's response to "tune out" the sounds. In either case, you need to internally adjust your own response to understand and either tune out or ignore the incoming assault. With the Cameron earphone sorts of models this is difficult, and the conditioning will take its toll, but that is what you have to work with until external actions can change the external situation. It may help some victims to work on their ability to focus their attention on two or more places at once, though of course such divided attention tends to cause performance degradation.
Psychosexual torture. Torturers very often tend to focus on sex. This is the equivalent of torturers in a Central American country attaching electrodes to victims' genitals and shocking them. This is a very common sort of thing among torturers. Why is that? Here are a few possible reasons:
• Violating the victims' sexual organs is intended to demean the victims. The torturer displays the power to strip the victim of the ordinary sorts of societal expectations of privacy. Because the genitals are typically private, exposing and assaulting them may cause a real (though undeserved) sense of shame in the victims. The torturer makes clear that the victim is a 2nd class citizen at best, not deserving of the cultural norms, social mores, and social compact of "real" citizens. The sadistic violator wants to also be a prude, and exploit such societal expectations while violating them at an almost unthinkable level. They'll harass people until they destroy their private sex lives, while the culture peddles Viagra to the public to sell people a sex life again.
• Torturers, at least the lowest-level lackey torturers who carry out the actual physical deeds, tend to be sadists. (Those at higher levels tend to be amoral and conscienceless, treating people as worthless fodder, but tend not to want to get their hands dirty or have anything to do with the victims directly.) Sadists focus on genitals because it increases the terror and trauma to the victim, but also because it increases their thrill with the act of torture.
• People are infatuated with sex, and love to titter and gossip about it. Thus sexual gossip and smears put out in a whispering campaign will tend to spread.
Similar sorts of reasoning hold for other sorts of privacy violations flaunted to the victim, including the violation of the privacy of the victim's mind (which also is the primary sexual organ, or so sex therapists would tell us).
In all models: Adult torturers teach children or young adults how to torture and thus perpetuate the cycle of atrocities and repression.
General Observations
The following are more of my observations of the techniques that certain mind control torturers employ.
As I wrote in my essay "Excuses and Manipulations in Mind Control," torturers will first torture a victim for whatever reason. Usually because they thought a victim was vulnerable or they could get away with it. They will later concoct various "reasons" and "rationalizations" for why they did it. These often tend not to be even sensical on the surface level, but are employed in the subtext and on the trigger level. This both keeps the conspiracy informed of how to "rationalize" the atrocities and keeps the victims traumatized and in "dismay fatigue."
It is systematic, brutal as hell, and organized. There are large numbers of people who run the operations in what can only be described as a supremacist sense. A bunch of lilliputians who conspire and use their secret torture conspiracy to keep others down. Something like the conspiracy that tried to keep men like Paul Robeson down even though the people involved were several orders of magnitude his lessers.
How large a population is conditioned and propagandized unwittingly by the same people involved in the mind control operations? Either by widespread or wide-field mind control methods or by the standard propaganda and cointelpro methods?
In the space of the third ear there may be multiple voices. These might all be one machine programmed to distract and manipulate. They may be some bunker RTIs, often "enhanced" with autopig machines like radio DJs running taped announcements between live segments. In a model containing the natural psychic model as a submodel, or in a standard model with interconnected groups (perhaps deceived by a psychic psyop), these voices may represent individual, real people. Some are overtly machinelike, repeating Cameron phrases with numbing, annoying, and damaging regularity. Others actually say new things from time to time -- though one that can string together two sentences in succession is rare. Occasionally you even get one that can "converse." Thus far they invariably refuse to respond to the protocol authentication challenge of "what is the cosine of xxxx in radians to six digits after the decimal." (That allows a hard confirm of a true external and a rough authentication.) Note that even in the standard model there can be different groups -- perhaps different intelligence agencies -- on the same channel and accessing the same victims. Whatever the ground truth, the voices are not all pushing the same agenda and some argue with others. How to interpret this is model-dependent, but in a mixed model or certain "psychic psyop" standard models there may be some halfway semi-decent people on the channel (who still maintain the conspiracy used to torture). Or it may all be a good Nazi, bad Nazi act.
One game that voices in collusion play is the "false defender" game, a variant of good Nazi, bad Nazi. The bad Nazi will harass and goad and a good Nazi will seem to defend the victim. But the "defense" assumes all the phony premises of the bad Nazi and treats an illogical, harassing pig as a regular "person" whose idiotic babble is worth serious consideration.
In the space of autopigs and RTIs there are several sorts of processes I have not listed before. They are:
• Distraction autopig. Like a cointelpro agent they want to distract from any thought they deem "subversive." They also just generally distract like a Bergeron pulse, interfering with anyone trying to seriously think. They often tend to use sex-type distractions such as "sex with an underage girlfriend" or the more graphically repugnant "sex with a 10 year old." These distractions seem to occur more frequently if the voice-space "conversation" tends toward any dissent... They mainly just distract victims trying to think or get any work done.
• Platitude boy is a new named AP-RTI which repeatedly spews some common cliche or platitude.
• Logical negation boy just parrots the logical negation of anything you think. Sort of like a 5-year old: "It is x," "No, it is not x."
• The echo repeats your thoughts, for whatever reason or motive or intention.
• Timid boy always tries to induce anxiety or doubt in something you think or say. "You made a big mistake." "I warned you."
• Beavis and Butthead are two babbling morons who think they are the Marv Alberts of the rape show. They provide their running commentary of anything you think (or even dream) as filtered through their idiotic awareness. They were actually named by some other "voices" who also seemed annoyed by their incessant babble. They constantly harass and attempt to demean. If any of the "underground bunker" sorts of models hold, these two sound like they are sitting in a booth down there with microphones and headsets, harassing.
• A babbler is a process that just babbles seemingly random, non-connected words -- usually at a level just perceptible. It may be part of a trigger search algorithm, looking for what you react to. It is similar to the techniques used in technologies like the Russian acoustic psycho-correction devices now owned by a Richmond company.
• The usual tiresome processes "listen" to whatever you are thinking about and babble about them. If your thought included the word "Volkswagen," for example, the AP-RTI would then essentially let x="Volkswagen" and plug that value into several of the AP phrases of one variable. It is really syntax-level stuff, often not even making sense. They also repeat the AP phrases without variables constantly.
The ugly distorting mirror. You think a fraction of some thought. Before you can even finish the thought train, it is telemetered out to some filthy rapist. This rapist first interprets your half-thought in terms of his or her own idiot awareness. This distorted, ugly reflection is then sent back at you as if it somehow represents your whole thought. Besides the basic miscomprehension of the raped thought, the return signal also reflects the purposeful, sadistic intention to harm you and cause trauma. This external kneejerk can derail your normal thought train easily if you let it. If you think like a moron you'll be a moron. (Your internal kneejerks and conditioned thought habits can be hard enough to deal with without some external idiot's hateful reflection also imposed on you.)
Garbage in. If you have a filth channel coming in, you will have some filth associations. That is just the nature of the brain. That specifically refers to the third ear, but also applies to newspapers, TV, etc. Understand how the thought arises. Observe. It does not reflect on you. The best and most useful brain circuits, when fed trash and filth, will tend to produce trash and filth. Don't spin your wheels on worrying about this crap. Observe and stay aware and unperturbed. The pigs, if they are real people, are revealing their own filthy selves and minds. Point that out to any "audience" in whatever model you are assuming. I change models like I change a pair of pants. You do not have to explain. I am wearing blue jeans now.
Kick you in the leg till you limp, then blame you for limping. They'll torture you for a year and then "blame" you for thinking like a torture victim. Similarly for all years thereafter. They'll autopig you with a phrase 100,000 times and then blame you for tending to think that phrase. They also rush to both reinforce and ridicule any such tendencies. After a phrase becomes strongly conditioned, even a snippet of it or a similar rhythm can tend to set it off. The victim will anticipate hearing it, because he or she has been conditioned to expect it after so many occurrences.
One common thought occurrence is for a random noise on any ear to trigger a strongly conditioned phrase (SCP). Even just the anticipation of such an event is seized upon by an RTI-AP to mock, goad, and reinforce the SCP. The mind rapists also seem to be able to access the "pre-subvocal area" and see you forming an idea there. Even if you choose not to subvocalize it, they will often pick up pieces of it for their harassment. You can test this by barely thinking something but not even subvocalizing it, and quietly observe what happens. You can sometimes even "lead" the voices that way. Triggers and SCPs tend to work two ways even between torturer and torture victim, and barely thinking an SCP is more likely to set off the particular RTI or AP whose phrase it is. In an AI sense it seems something like a blackboard system running off of your brain data. (Keep in mind the effect of conditioned internals here, though.)
Stockholm syndrome is induced by forced intimacy plus abuse and torture. With third ear Cameron harassment directly into the brain this can happen if you are not careful. After years of abuse, they'll pretend to be your "friends." Like the bait and babble and bait and trigger, this is only to get you to pay attention and open up to the next traumatic brain insult.
The trigger search algorithm. This algorithm repeats with mind numbing regularity. The RTI-APs are not called idiots for nothing, but one thing they are good at is spotting any sort of reaction to their goading and babbling. This is especially true of any sort of trauma or distress reaction. They notice this like a pack of jackals sensing a wounded animal. They home in on it instantly. Any sort of perceived weakness quickly draws their attentions. Anything they notice you responding to is likely to be sent to the trigger search algorithm for "testing." They also repeat the trigger search algorithm at periods of, say, 30 minutes, 1 hour, and often 1 day and several days later. If the test "succeeds" then you get a new autopig phrase goading you long-term. They also watch as you read things and go about your daily life for anything that might get a reaction or be associated with a traumatic situation. Some of these paths like newspapers and radio are also employed deliberately as feedback pathways in trying to trigger or goad the victim.
Professional triggerers. The RTIs and their AP machines are the lowest-level sorts of Brownshirt harassers and goaders. They are the useful idiots for others behind the scenes. They constantly harass to annoy and weaken the victim. They drip, drip, drip, like water torture. In the background there are also what I call professional triggerers. They will lurk in the background or be called up when the victim needs extra suppressing. They trigger based on a long history and profile of the victim, and quite pointedly. You can even sometimes hear them directing the lower-level harassers as to the "theme" of the next harassment skit. I call one of these "Major Mengele Psych Degree."
Why are spies called spooks? They are called spooks because they are spooky, or at least try to be. That is their first line of operation. They want to intimidate with a bare, deniable hint of blackmail, for example. They want to scare you, intimidate you, or confuse you in a way they can deny and that others will not pick up on -- "you must be crazy." They also bluff and lie constantly, and create various deceptions which they then try to market to their targets. They want to induce anxiety and uncertainty in their targets, and alter their courses of action from what the spooks at least imagined it would otherwise be.
In anything you read there tends to be the text, the subtext, and the subsubtext. Like with harassing audio, harassing and smearing subtext tends toward playground level stuff -- though applied and implied by supposed adults. The subsubtext represents the underlying intention of the subtext and the deeper implied message. It tends to be picked up by those used to "reading the tea leaves" as opposed to only picking up bits of the basic smears directly between the lines. Keep in mind that all the subtexts tend to be BS; people can lie between the lines more deniably than on them.
An Example Model
The remainder of this article presents a particular hypothetical model scenario as an extended example.
As an exercise, assume the unlikely case of the purely natural model. Assume that some subset of people are born with some natural ability as "hearers." Assume they have managed to keep this situation secret for centuries via a strong taboo and mafia-like omerta. Assume that even children with such abilities somehow know not to talk about it, and that attempts to write about it or tell people meet with suppression. Assume also that there are some people who are naturally strong "senders." Assume that strong "senders" in many cases do not even know that they have this somewhat rarer gift/curse. How would they know, if they do not "hear" and the hearers keep it a secret? The "hearers" participate in a conspiracy which is used to keep the unwitting "senders" vulnerable and exploitable. Suppose that, besides just listening, exploiting, raping, and peeping at these "senders," some of the "hearers" decide to have sadistic fun with them. These "senders" are harassed and driven crazy if even a few "hearers" decide for whatever reason they do not like them or just want to. They may be driven to suicide or may be driven to the waiting arms of psychiatry where they are drugged into being zombies.
Perhaps these "senders" are even just like the "hearers" except that they are the equivalent of deaf people exploited worse than any freak show "entertainers." Suppose this mafia-like conspiracy is widespread and uses triggers and other such techniques to maintain control of those not in on the secret -- as well as to police its own members. These triggers would develop over the years until they were almost stylized caricatures of the "best" triggers that the harassing jackals finally homed in on. Like a pathetic word or symbol representing how to put down any particular person and which even children could use -- never mind if it is stupid or reveals atrocities on actual inspection. The victims tend to be dismayed at the stupidity and the evidence of widespread conspiracy against them, more than the actual pathetic triggers. Not all such "hearers" would actually be Nazis in this model -- though collaborator is close. In fact the majority might even be like the "good people" who did nothing even as they heard the cries from the death camp down the street.
If a "sender" also had some "hearing" ability, or developed it over the course of time, he or she might not know how to interpret it. If harassment had already started, this would be just one more harassment feedback path to the victim. A way to manipulate and goad the victim. The victim might think it was technology because such technology does indeed exist. Alternately, technology might be used for a "send" to the victim, while the victim's natural "send" ability would be used for the return "hearing" feedback path from the victim. The victim would be traumatized, angry, suspicious, and confused, not knowing what was happening.
How does this model meet with the facts? What inconsistencies and unlikelihoods does it have? How well does it explain what mind control victims report experiencing, such as going into a library and having people snickering at them and goading them with their own "private" thoughts? If the "senders" knew that they tended to send more strongly, wouldn't they be in an interesting position. How could "senders" ever learn to control and use their abilities if they never got any feedback but harassment? What psyops could create the illusion that this model holds? What "experiments" could a victim or other person conduct to support this model over another one, in the face of psyops and deception ops? What if a "sender" gradually became a "hearer" too, even under harassment? Could it be distinguished from a technological "send" to the victim? Assuming this model holds, how could a victim knowing this ground truth best deal with the harassment and come to uncondition himself or herself from the pathetic triggers and ongoing harassment?
If the natural model is not magic, how does the advance of technology play into things? Are there any curves crossing or about to cross? How does the new mixed model, with the standard model thrown in, change things? Everyone has a cell phone these days, and soon they'll be so tiny people will mount them on their heads or affix them to their bodies (neurophone-phone?). That is a consensual sort of network essentially like the ones discussed in this article. Even the open, non-secret technology related to synthetic telepathy is advancing rapidly.
Consider the above model, in both its strong points and weak points. Think about the supporting data and possible experimental design. This is a useful exercise in any case, both to practice thinking in terms of conditional models and because parts will generalize to the mixed models and standard models. Generica is a bitch.

Sidebar to Part III: Mental Firewalls and Models of Synthetic Telepathy

There are a good number of people in society who think they have psychic powers. Even though a psychiatrist might call this schizotypal, or perhaps a belief in special powers, that is only the bad religion of psychology. The truth is that no one really knows. From my point of view people can hold whatever religious beliefs or beliefs about the world that they choose to hold. I personally do not believe it, but there is a small chance that there are some of what are called "psychic" powers. I think, though, that people often do not understand their own intuition and the nature of time. That and an old-fashioned Nazi conspiracy explain what I see in the world. Given that plenty of decent people hold the view that there truly are psychic powers, though, this sidebar is about how that relates to mind control. Please understand that the issues of technological mind control do not go away or really change according to whether or not there are "natural" psychic powers.
First of all, psychic powers and ESP are the perfect psyop distractions from mind control. You rape someone's brain all the while telling him or her that it is a "natural phenomenon." If the victim buys it, you have a cooperating, though duped, subject. A victim who complains of electronic harassment and surveillance might be dismissed by some as just a "psychic harassment victim." Besides acting as a distraction from the issues of people being tortured, talk about psychic phenomena serves to discredit those who do so publicly. This is because of the ridicule that goes along with the subject among those who decide what others are allowed to think. Another very important point is that psychic phenomena can serve as a cover lie for the testing of electronic and other mind control weapons, devices, and techniques. That may make the population of people who think they have psychic powers especially vulnerable to the predators who scour the domestic population for human beings to test weapons on.

Let me assume, for the remainder of this sidebar, that there are some psychic phenomena and consider what follows from that. Consider a form of weak telepathy, for example. We know it is either weak or else there is a huge conspiracy of psychics trying to hide their powers. Consider the authentication protocol from the main essay, "What is the cos(1999)." Suppose Joe across town is psychic. Can he not receive such a simple message and manage to transmit back four digits? I have not seen any evidence of any such useful or verifiable information. I can easily send the same message in email, though, and soon will be able to have a device in my eyeglasses to do it from anywhere. But an interesting point which arises is that at the abstract, mathematical level both "natural" and technological methods of telepathy or remote knowledge work out about the same. We're only haggling implementation and strength. The basic nature of the human mind and communication stay the same, as do in fact most experimental techniques one might use to test for either.

Clandestine mind control research should concern psychics even more than ordinary citizens. Many psychics would like some scientific proof of the existence of such phenomenon. But when Nazis are on the rampage with technological methods of mind control, such experiments are essentially worthless. The experimental design has not ruled out such technological interference, influencing the results either one way or the other.

On a more sinister note, it is naive to assume -- if there truly are useful and powerful psychic powers -- that the secret government labs have not been all over them for years. The black budget labs would have dissected all sorts of "psychics" by now, making measurements all the time in order to technologically mimic what the psychic accomplishes. It is not magic. It may not be describable by current "open" physics but it is not magic. So if we suppose it is not magic then one has to wonder what sort of progress has been made in secret and how that knowledge is being used. What if it were politically desirable to "jam the psychics," to keep them from thinking in their natural mode of thought? The human brain can only put out less than a watt or so of power. The outlets in your home deliver far more power, and a secret transmitter somewhere could put out gigawatts. (And does electropollution have any bearing on this?)

Suppose that even more progress was made than just finding the mode of transmission and a method for jamming it. Suppose the actual modulation method of such transmissions were discovered, as well as how to generate them. Then what you have is a bunch of people hardwired to receive relatively weak transmissions which go straight to the core of the psyche. What better mind control method? It was already there in the first place, it just had to be hijacked by Nazis and employed against the natural psychic community. You would end up with the usual "natural" psychic signals but with a stronger technological signal superimposed over it. A technician wearing a psychic amplifier (or with such a device implanted) could outpower all the natural psychics.

Taking this a step further, a government could deploy its new hypothetical EWAR psychic phenomena detectors to track down the sources of psychic emissions. These would be human beings, of course, with the equivalent of a GPS lock on their body's location. Their thoughts could be read technologically -- any that went out on the "psychic channel" at least. This data could then be placed on a worldwide computer network, stored in a database, or processed in any other way that data can be processed. Natural psychics would also "hear" any technological broadcasts that mimicked the psychic signals they had the "gift" to be able to receive. What a setup for exploitation...

Even if we consider that the "mystical method of psychic transmission" has not been, or maybe even cannot be analyzed and reverse engineered into technology, there is still the issue of the weaponization of psychic space to deal with. It is no secret that governments have researched this area for some time, perhaps as more than just a psyop distraction. Some of the details of things like "remote viewing" that have come out are ridiculous, like where a subject is given a seemingly random integer "coordinate" and somehow knows what location that corresponds to here on the rotating earth spinning through the solar system. (Perhaps the integer is really the label of the technological experiment being conducted...) But let me continue to assume that there is some real natural phenomenon there.

Those who torture human beings by utilizing psychic space are every bit as bad as those who would do it with technology. One can hope that some more mystical spaces can take care of themselves, for example that the threefold law would be descriptive of what happens to those who use psychic space to inflict harm. Nonetheless, if that law ever once held it may need some extra help these days.
That is about all I have to discuss on the issue of psychic phenomena, so I will end with a list of a few things I ponder sometimes when I assume the hypothesis that "natural" psychic phenomena are real.

• Are natural psychics afraid to talk about the experiences? "Hey, I just heard someone think X, did anyone else? Send or receive?" A few people discuss such things but if the phenomena were widespread then that leaves many people not talking. Is there a conspiracy of idiots? Are some people unwitting psychics, perhaps not consciously or verbally in touch with it?

• Why can't even two psychics, a sender and a receiver, put on a convincing, statistically significant demonstration? Surely two out of however many there are would be amenable to scientific testing and the advancement of knowledge. A double-blind card reading/guessing experiment should do it, modulo any external technological interference. Do the other, conspiracy-of-silence psychics always know what is going on and jam such efforts?

• How strongly spatial or distance-based are such phenomena? What is the usual radius of effect, and what is the maximum? Is there the usual bell curve of abilities in this realm also? How does ability change with age? Is sending different from receiving? Can training affect either? How can a person block such a channel at a time when he or she does not consent to it? If such phenomena exist, why can't you go to the library and find credible answers to these questions?

• Could some people act as "repeaters," spreading a wave across a population?

• What about the people locked up in mental wards because they claimed their thoughts were being broadcast or that they could pick up telepathic messages? Are some of these people really psychic? Wouldn't that be a human rights violation? Does no one care?

• What a luxury it would be to worry just about natural psychic phenomena if you were under technological electronic harassment.

• Just like with a wide-field technological device sending to many people, would you know if you were sending or receiving? Would you know if the guy next to you was sending or receiving, or if you were both receiving the same signal?

• If psychic phenomena do exist, does time have any bearing in that domain like we expect? How would you know it is not a dead person or a person from the future you are connecting with?

• Wouldn't it be presumptuous to get a little psychic glimpse of someone's mind and think you really knew anything about them or what their thoughts meant or what they were going through?

• If the "power to read men's minds" is so valuable, why does the psychic work stocking shelves in a department store? Not that that isn't valuable and honorable work, but why not poker championships? Why not other applications of the talent?

• If only certain people's minds can be read, perhaps it is their talent to "transmit thoughts into your mind" rather than yours to "read men's minds."

• Doesn't it seem like a connection such as a psychic link would make people more compassionate and empathetic?

• Could the people in Nazi Germany hear the psychic cries of a room full of men, women, and children being gassed to death in what they were told was going to be a shower? Did the slaveowners have psychic connections with the slaves they degraded and demeaned each day? Were they entertained? Disgusted? What did they feel?

Spies - Villians Not Heroes

INTRODUCTION

Spying is an age old practice carried out on behalf of groups, governments, corporations, even religious organizations but today’s spies are mostly desk bound rather than operating in the field; they monitor surveillance screens, they write, and they manipulate. Now, The Bard once wrote that all the world’s a stage and at least as far as modern day public figures are concerned, that is clearly true. However, few people realize that most players on the world stage are not only performing scripted roles but that those scripts are often prepared by writers who are spy agency plants or recruits.
Many other writers are also corruptible or worse, organized crime figures, many of these also being agency connected. This effectively gives those directing spy and/or crime operations direct control over world events and how they are perceived as well as social attitudes, opinions and even in some cases, our minds. Their first and best sell is to brainwash the public into believing that they are heroes. Of course in reality they’re not. They’re villains and this essay addresses that truth.
Many spies are placed in or recruited into key roles (both public and non public) where they can betray the general public with immunity from detection/prosecution. Contrary to the mass media portrayal of spying as some noble, heroic venture it is, in fact, more times than not a significant part of an overall conspiracy to oppress innocent citizens and suppress the truth. Again, this is done not on behalf of the general community but for the benefit of the criminal element that controls and preys on that community. In effect, that element is “The country” which spies protect in that they own it financially (usually as a result of criminal/dubious activity) and don’t want their crimes revealed. But by doing their dirty work spies become traitors to their real country which, especially in a democracy, should be the vast majority of the general population… not the land or its wealth or those that corruptly control both but the normal, average, law-abiding citizens that inhabit it.
This essay also deals with the various methods used by spies to betray us but the focus is on their treachery. By serving corrupt masters through their deceptions, their manipulations, their victimizations and other state sanctioned crimes they make themselves enemies of the people. Their functions/methods are often no less than crimes against humanity itself. A brief explanation of some of these methods follows (in no particular order).

INFORMATION CONTROL

Agencies have for a long time relied on controlling the flow of information to control our minds. That control has never been tighter than it is today. They place operatives everywhere that deception is convenient: politics, journalism, law enforcement, healthcare, bureaucracies etc. Forget the spy v spy scenarios of fictional fame, most spies victimize ordinary citizens. Also misinformation officers, like propaganda experts of all sorts, write for the mass media including writing news reports, ads, comedy, movies, articles, songs, books (including history books) etc. Hitler was infamous for organizing book burnings but these days that’s hardly necessary as today’s villains financially (through ownership) and practically (through staffing) control/censor the truth and/or totally prevent publication of it. Sex, violence and so on are not stringently censored but the truth regarding many important matters is brutally suppressed. Examples include the covert methodology and secrecy order protected technology outlined in this essay. Also course work in physics, psychiatry, law enforcement, even ethics reveals none of it (by design and law) thus allowing a range of crimes, unknown to most.
Sadly, people have become so comfortable with certain government/media/corporate lies, so conditioned to being “protected” from the truth that they actually don’t want to hear or read the uglier truths. They prefer instead to believe the fantasies that they’ve been fed. This is never more so than when talking about the crimes of the ruling classes; public figures, wealthy businessmen, powerful agency personnel etc. The excuses and self delusional belief systems adopted by those associating with these criminals (other community leaders, employees etc) is proof positive that aside from those primarily guilty of the crimes in question there are many others prepared to turn a blind eye for material reward, mate-ship, through fear etc. Then there’s the distracted general public, brainwashed not to care about anything that doesn’t directly affect them as individuals (see “DISTRACTIONS” below). I believe this to be the single biggest problem of all... not the unintelligent who can’t understand, not the corrupt who refuse to acknowledge but the inaction of the apathetic and fearful who don’t want to know.
Selfish apathy and fear are problematic enough when looking at publicized issues like the environment, climate change, war/terrorism, poverty, weapons/drug proliferation etc but there’s something worse… The censorship/misinformation issue is by its very nature self-concealing and so the real reasons for other big problems often remain hidden from public view and so protected from community comment. The real issues get scant and incomplete coverage. Many don’t even know there is a “censorship” problem; brainwashed by mass media propaganda into believing the media and thinking that spies are good not evil. They have no idea of the crimes spies commit to protect the ruling criminal elite from criticism. If people know and accept that many police are corrupt, that many public icons are untrustworthy, that businessmen will rob them why are they so slow to see that agency personnel are better placed than any of them to get away with murder etc. Official state secrets privilege allows these criminals to cover their activities with bogus national security laws. This secrecy in turn allows state sanctioned treachery when open government is the only acceptable democratic method.

SURVEILLANCE/MONITORING/HARASSMENT

Persons of interest (both good and bad) are monitored via satellite 24/7; many are also tormented and tortured through the use of satellite-based directed energy weapons and psychotronic attacks using neurophones (voice to skull technology), mind reading technologies and so on. For starters, all of us have our telecommunications monitored (via satellite e.g. the Echelon system), public figures also have audio/visual monitoring 24/7. Banned/censored writers, whistleblowers and anti-crime campaigners etc also have harassment 24/7… On top of that (strangely enough) terrorists, madmen and other criminals are also monitored but rarely stopped; creating a chaotic state of affairs for governments and agencies to control with legislation and high-tech interference in peoples lives.
This allows convenient events to occur without reference to the technology that could easily stop them but then, of course, people would wonder what else they’re used for if they were used to stop crime…

THEFT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Computers/spies monitor telecommunications as well as all submitted writings, all real time conversations, and even some thoughts to create a mental slavery scenario where ordinary disempowered people can have their ideas stolen without recourse to the law. Monitoring of “persons of interest” who are not public figures actually also helps the corrupt to stay in touch with the common man (the silenced majority) and presents popular views and so on which are alien to the privileged few that run society. They do this not only because they’re thieves but because they will not tolerate honest men and women in their midst (there’s been a kind of “ethic cleansing”) and so have only one way of accessing and using those peoples ideas. The theft is covered with ridicule (the oldest spy trick of all) and denial. Because only the corruptible are accepted into public life it’s no surprise that most public figures are prepared to steal from the dis-empowered.

MEDIA FEEDBACK

I should start by pointing out that this is very common and is a criminal practice well known to all media bodies including Australia’s Press Council, Broadcasting Authority and Journalists Association. To date nothing has been done to prevent it. The main reason for this is that the mainstream media is today made up of companies which are (almost exclusively) owned and controlled by organized crime and influenced by corrupt agency connections. This feedback method involves the most basic of spy methodology: to destroy opponents by ridicule. It can involve leading questions, misquotes and/or apparent “mistakes” or covers.
OK, so this practice, the most common of all harassment techniques (except maybe for tampering with mail and personal items, aircraft swoops and emergency vehicle “appearances”) involves the satellite/computer collection and dissemination of surveillance results and the “feeding back” of these results through media scripts. For example, on a given morning a victim might say “I’ve had a gutful of corrupt governments”, he may play golf, he may make his car repayment etc etc. Later that day he tunes into his favorite news program or reads his favorite afternoon newspaper etc only to find a clear focus on stories involving the very things he said (out of context). As the days, weeks, months roll by the coincidences multiply and the situation is repeated through ads, comedy, songs etc etc each and every day (incessantly) sometimes for decades. The intention is to criminally harass the victim in the hope that they go mad, bad etc as they’re surrounded by coincidences. If they complain to friends, family, authorities they can appear paranoid and be discredited (like the spreading of false rumours and the encouraging of personal ridicule, spies fuel this process by setting it all up to distance victims from any possible source of help). If victims approach the presenters of the surveillance scripted material for an explanation they can be institutionalized or at least severely embarrassed when the presenter feigns ignorance and treats the victim like a stalker or something. These presenters are accomplices who follow the instructions of criminal executives and agency liars. They are no better than their puppeteers. Law-abiding people with integrity would not participate in any of this. Unfortunately many prominent people have no integrity, having sold their souls for opportunity.

FALSE FLAG OPERATIONS

The present day portrayal of many Muslims as crazed terrorists, through events like The World Trade Centre tragedy of 11/09/01, is no different to Nero burning Rome and blaming it on the Christians. Throughout history the guilty have branded the innocent to cover their tracks and destroy their critics. One recent example was confirmed by ex Italian President Francesco Cossiga who admitted he helped set up Operation Gladio, a rogue spy network operating under the auspices of the US intelligence apparatus. These “Gladio” villains carried out bombings across Europe for over 3 decades (ending in the 80’s), all aimed at branding their ideological political opponents as terrorists. Similar set ups can be carried out against individuals to frame them to look like criminals when, in fact, they’re innocent, even vehemently opposed to crime. Again the agencies and their masters do this to conceal their own activities by discrediting their opponents. With catch cries of “don’t talk to him/them” or “do something for your country” or a combination of threats and rewards they also gain the co-operation of associates who should, in reality, help the victim’s not the victimisers.

DISTRACTIONS

In Roman times rulers offered “bread and circuses”, the British spoke of “beer and skittles” and today’s catch cry remains “sex and drugs and rock n’ roll”. But whether it be a harmless pastime or a sordid preoccupation the effect is the same… people are focused on enjoying their own time and money with little or no concern for others they are out of the socio-political equation. The more time that’s spent on trivia and self gratification the harder it is for people to display integrity, altruism and compassion when confronted with life’s harsher realities. In other words, apathy takes hold. The encouragement of this situation is another agency function.

MURDERS

Scientists who know too much about secret weaponry/plans or who may pass on their knowledge/skills to others, celebrities who oppose crime in high places, whistle-blowers who have details on specific wrongdoings etc etc are the innocent ones that can be killed. Whether it be by a convenient accident (overdose, plane or car crash etc) or working off personal health problem (cancers, heart attacks etc can be induced via technology) or an apparent assassination (Manchurian candidates can be remote-controlled through brainwashing) the agencies are often the attack dogs that do the dirty work of the ruling elite. That elite then sit back smugly in denial and delusion about their role in the crimes in question.
Then there’s also the more widespread killings effected through things like the promotion of the use of dangerous foods/chemicals or the use of appliances like mobile phones. There’s also the suppression of cures for cancer and other diseases and the introduction of others; such as AIDS. The CIA even has contingency plans for culling a high percentage of the world’s entire population.

PERVERTING THE COURSE OF JUSTICE

It’s not just Masonic organizations that interfere here, agency personnel can masquerade as almost anyone (from a witness to a victim), they can stop proceedings/arguments with secrecy orders, they can prevent investigations by police or health experts and so on and so forth. They also sit behind the scenes and ensure that whilst media/government hypocrites willingly line up and condemn small time criminals (petty thieves, thugs, drug abusers etc) that more serious criminals (such as corporate fraudsters, statesmen “war mongers” and drug barons) are protected and are positively portrayed to the people. In addition, division is created between those few good people who may be closer to these criminals and those good people observing from afar. This removes any possible conflict.
Also, corruptible court and law enforcement officials, psychiatrists and others help to discredit those presenting the truth. It’s all part of the conspiracies of silence which are run on certain important matters. For psych’ experts used in court proceedings freeing the guilty and branding the innocent are well known practices. What’s not so well known is that the psych’ texts were prepared/vetted by agency psychiatrists to allow their colleagues to be used to silence anyone speaking the harsher truths. Terms such as “brainwashing” and “paranoid schizophrenia” were in fact penned by spy agency psychiatrists, principally to brand victims of covert harassment as being deranged and therefore not to be believed. Many agency targets as well as agency whistle-blowers have been destroyed in this way. Honest psychiatrists who try to blow the whistle on the practice are, like knowledgeable scientists, murdered.

INSTILLING FEAR AND SELF DELUSIONAL BELIEF SYSTEMS

Naturally mere mention of organizations like the CIA or the Mossad creates a panic in people because deep down inside they very well know that spy agencies cannot be trusted. It’s not that members of the public have done anything wrong but they know that spies have. So it is with those agency/crime accomplices who are guilty by association; those who turn a blind eye to what their mates or celebrity friends or business acquaintances are up to. (One denial by a smiling celebrity negates a mountain of information). They co-operate out of fear, self interest etc and will not give the time of day to their associate’s targets. Even many members of the clergy are prepared to sell their souls for the gains received in this way. Sadly they’ll support their powerful contacts and sell out the innocent. They must do this with stars in their eyes, a “nobody’s perfect” excuse with regard to powerful criminals and a “he must be mad” delusion with regard to the innocent. The result is that instead of being thrown to the lions with the innocent victims they join the crowd and enjoy the blood sport. The level of hypocrisy is astounding.

PROVOCATION

The work of an agent provocateur has never been more effective than it is today.
Various harassment methods from surveillance feedback to audio torture by neurophone transmissions to high tech brainwave monitoring and even directed energy blasts are available to hurt/provoke their targets. Corrupt agency personnel and their criminal associates can also arrange aircraft swoops, siren wailing and face to face conflicts. With most people simple anger, fear etc may be the emotional responses but they do nothing illegal or immoral in response; just defend themselves. However, when this provocation is directed at potential criminals or those mentally limited in some way the response can be catastrophic. For example neurophone input (a form of remote brainwashing when used on the weak-minded) was used on Martin Bryant (the accused from The Port Arthur massacre) and John Chapman (the man who killed John Lennon). Modern Manchurian Candidates like these can be fired up from a great distance. And in fact people like this are more and more often becoming the useful puppets of spies who are tagged/monitored themselves and so are confined to surveillance/harassment room operations. They need dupes and scapegoats to do their dirty work and high tech satellite equipment allows them to organize this remotely.

SECRECY

National security legislation, military acts, secrecy orders and all manner of official protection for crimes of the state are lined up to hide powerful criminals. Aside from what’s already been stated, if the resources/technology mentioned in this piece was made available to honest law enforcers instead of corruptible spies then everything from truth serums to satellite surveillance and mind reading technologies could be used to monitor, prevent, detect, capture, interrogate etc. Crime could be all but wiped out. But, of course, those controlling the technology (being themselves the greatest criminals of all) don’t want that. They want the mayhem to continue to justify crushing everyone’s basic human/civil rights so they fight their “war on terror” and launch “criminal crackdowns”etc. Meanwhile, spies and the ruling elite etc are protected, even from criticism, by the very technology that should be used to stop them. It’s all about control and money. There are no excuses, only lies and cover-ups. Goons from the secret service and other covert groups are all too often used to harass the innocent to protect the guilty from criticism.

DISCREDITING AND PUBLIC BRAINWASHING

Aside from the obvious personal promotion or destruction of the reputations of individuals via, lies/rumours/harassment etc (and almost every victim is confused about what has been said or how they’ve been set up) there are also elaborate hoaxes and scams run (using the secret technology mentioned). These include the promotion within the general community of notions such as the existence of aliens, ghosts, psychic phenomena etc. False beliefs flourish as a result.
How is it done? Easy… With the surveillance systems I’ve outlined. Computers hold a wealth of information on everyone. Couple that with secret technology that can move objects in any way and at frightening speed, and/or put a voice in your head and/or read your mind and/or cause you to hallucinate and/or feel pain, anger, sorrow etc etc. It’s all possible and from quite a distance away: Space.
Why is it done? Governments and corporations etc may want to silence or discredit someone; they may want human guinea pigs for an illegal experiment that no one would ever volunteer for; they may want to manipulate people (e.g. through a false psychic); they may want general community acceptance to legitimize an operation (e.g. NASA/military spending) etc etc.
Personally I believe that in each and every case of apparent paranormal psychic/alien phenomena there is a logical explanation leading back to the ruling elite (who betray us all by their secrecy on such matters). It’s all man’s inhumanity to man. There is a God and there is man. That is all. Everything else is the result of brainwashing and delusion.

BLACKMAIL

The crime/spy controlled media picks and chooses the timing, slant and effects of its reports so as to warn, control, stop or destroy monitored persons. The message being to do (or not do) something that may have no connection to the “story” at all. For example, if powerful criminals want to warn a government on a serious policy matter they can arrange for a sex scandal involving MPs to be publicized or focus on some “slip of the tongue” and blow it out of proportion.
More seriously, with access to geophysical weaponry, spies (esp. military spies) can alter the weather, cause earthquakes etc (using equipment like HAARP in Alaska) etc. Satellite technology can also start fires, shoot down planes etc (without detection). Agency personnel can deliver many nasty warnings to get the co-operation of others.

EXPERIMENTS

The modern term for brainwashing is mind control and today’s technology (incl satellite based neurophones, mind-reading software and mood management techniques) allows many mind control experiments as well as dream/idea/thought studies, set ups, remote torment/torture, interrogation, murder and more. The expanding scope of illegal human experimentation indicates that the oppressive control of the politically aware population is increasing. No longer are these operations restricted to the physical tampering with “missing persons” or “alien abductees”, today’s remote technologies are used to manipulate/restrict members of the wider population, across the broad spectrum of thinking, caring, knowledgeable people.
On top of this mental slavery is part of the overall slave trade which is currently third (behind the weapons and drug trades) on the list of illegal but lucrative human activities. All three are partially run by the CIA and other agencies and their criminal associates. And these are the people that are protected from scrutiny by bogus national security legislation and secrecy provisions… Without totally independent (and knowledgeable) regulatory or investigative bodies the agencies can act as they wish; breaking any legal/moral code and feeding off the population at will. All talk of a “need to know”, “protecting the population”, “classified” documents etc is usually little more than a phoney cover for sanctioned crime. In fact, the cover provided by bogus laws, wealth, power, position etc should be no defense yet laws and resources are made and allocated so as to provide cover for all manner of evil right up to and including illegal human experimentation and environmental ruin. In the case of national security, military, defamation and other laws the protection afforded the criminals far outweighs that granted to their victims.

ORCHESTRATED CONSPIRACIES

These range from conspiracies of silence concerning oppressed citizens (falsely branded as anything from nuts to terrorists) right through to large scale operations like wars and false terrorist threats (e.g. see the earlier reference to Operation Gladio under “False Flag operations”). In between we have individual assassinations (some using Manchurian candidates or dupes) and tragic events like The New York World Trade Centre disaster. To shrink from the term “conspiracy” like it implies some sort of paranoia is to ignore the real world and retreat into fantasy land. The world is, in effect, run by conspiracies of one sort or another. The term even appears on the statute books (“conspiracy to murder”etc). It’s real and spies are the main culprits. Their harassment campaigns can be as simple as interfering with mail, bank a/c’s, bills etc right through to organizing overt/covert torment and high tech torture. The bigger conspiracies present the world itself in the wrong light to an unsuspecting population.

PROTECTED OPERATIONS

The arms trade, the drug trade, illegal experimentation, paedophile networks, prostitution rings, money laundering, financial scams and more are, to a large extent, shielded from law enforcement intervention, criticism etc by spy agencies which profit directly or indirectly from such criminal activity. The entertainment industry, responsible for our opinions, distractions etc, is criminally controlled and is also one of these protected operations.

PERSONAL EXPERIENCE

What’s written here is based on research, observation, experts/victims anecdotes and personal experience gathered over nearly 20 years.
To verify my position and convince the reader of my personal integrity and genuine concern I should point out that I am a Uni graduate who has tried his hand at a variety of jobs. I have held responsible positions in both the public and private sector. I have neither committed nor seriously contemplated any wrongdoing of any sort, yet out of ignorance/curiosity I have applied for a number of jobs over the years with employers which I later learned were involved in criminal activity.
One of these organizations was ASIO… having completed their testing procedures I was at a final interview when I was confronted by the question: “Are you prepared to do anything that you’re told to without question?” This immediately set off alarm bells. Clearly I would be asked to do things that were immoral or illegal etc so at this point I said “No” and abruptly walked out. My privacy may well have been invaded from that point. Certainly agency employees are monitored when they leave their employment; perhaps job applicants are similarly studied.
Similarly disturbing was the question I was asked when applying for work with a politician. Again, the final question put me off... it concerned corruption and what I’d do if the proverbial bag of money landed on my desk. My honest answer was clearly unacceptable; only the corruptible are welcome.
A third example involved an application to a TV station for work. Afterwards I criticized the media for their crimes of privacy invasion and harassment. That particular station was later responsible for a set up in which an unsuccessful attempt was made to silence me by having me committed. “This is what they (the media) do to people that cross them” said an employee of the institution in question. I later learned that many media targets had been silenced that way.
Clearly in all three cases my honesty was not to be tolerated. I later fielded multi-sourced and multi-faceted harassment from corporations, the media, government and (foreign) agencies etc after I wrote “In the year 2252”, a fictional anti-corruption novel (which was not based on my own experiences). The connections between organized crime (which runs the entire entertainment industry, including publishing) and corrupt spy agencies which can access high tech surveillance/harassment equipment became clearer from that point (1990-1991) as powerful criminals (wrongly assuming the novel was based on today’s criminals) came at me covertly to destroy me and prevent any chance of publication.

ORGANIZATIONS

There are countless bodies reporting on agency misconduct but, more generally, Jack McLamb (ex police officer) runs an organization called “Police and military against The New World Order” through which he tries to educate police and military employees about the ways they can be tricked into oppressing innocent people. However many wrongdoers are not tricked at all, they just follow orders and that’s no excuse.
It’s no excuse morally and it should be no excuse legally. We need independent watchdogs in these areas but, more importantly we need them for the clandestine and dangerously powerful world of spying where corruption is rife. There needs to be a system of checks and balances on personnel and resources for bodies that can kill/manipulate the mind, body, spirit and emotions as effectively as they can using modern (secretive) technology. Existing systems, like the inspector general’s office are a band aid in a battlefield; useless. For example, NASA’s Inspector General’s office suggested prayer was the only answer to all of this. Clearly they were as helpless as the victims.

CONCLUSION

The crimes committed by spies are, like those of connected criminals, protected from scrutiny by corrupt laws, corrupt law enforcement bodies and a corrupt media. Lesser criminals are apprehended, tried and punished and often vilified by more serious criminals masquerading as community leaders. These same people use spies and goons to do their dirty work and then go into denial about their role in it all.
In the absence of a genuine regulatory framework and proper independent supervision of spy operations all that individuals like myself can do is try to raise public awareness of the problems. It is clearly NOT a free world. You have the freedom to consume and live in blissful ignorance but that is all. As for democracy, free speech and other apparent rights, it’s all illusionary; the illusions being facilitated by agency criminals, the media and others. In other words, you live without oppression only if you’re totally self-absorbed and distracted to the point when you don’t want the truth; you don’t care. Those actually seeking the truth and/or challenging the crimes of the ruling classes are brutally (but covertly) destroyed.
Today, politics, the media and major corporate entities are primarily protected criminal operations with spies used as the enforcers. These spies are not the fictional heroes of entertainment fame but real life villains who betray the people. They commit crimes against humanity itself and lead the law-abiding majority in a direction they’d rather not go. If they only knew.

Motives

I just wanted to post this article for those who are employees of the Puzzle Palace (NSA Ft. Meade), Langley, Quantico, and all the other alphabet agencies. You might want to take an interest in the technology involving ionospheric heaters such as HAARP. If this technology is being used against you by project paperclip progeny, then this is of national security importance. For now I just want to post the motives behind the perps. None of you are exempt and fall into one of the following categories.

This essay is the first in a series of three on mind control. It discusses some of the motives for mind control and why it continues. Part II of the series, "Resisting the Mind Control State," describes some methods to protest and resist mind control abuses and atrocities. Part III, "Mental Firewalls," discusses some of the techniques victims have developed to survive the ongoing torture operations.

For the purposes of this essay, mind control refers to any method used nonconsensually on a victim to covertly and deniably attempt to control or modify that person's behavior. This occurs in settings where a person has a reasonable expectation not to be violated, such as in his or her home or in his or her private mentation. It is this sort of violation that differentiates a mind control crime from an ordinary social interaction, just as the lack of consent turns sex into rape.

Consider "street theater" as an example. Street theater refers to a form of harassment where a group of torturers act out little skits, either literally on the street or on the internet, in the media, etc., intended to harass and disturb an individual or to otherwise modify the victim's behavior. So if a group of people act out "street theater" to a random person to disturb him or her then, while this might be a crime, I would not necessarily call it mind control. It is when surveillance is combined with the "skits" to both track a person over time for harassment and to obtain personal information about a person to be used in the harassment that I would say a mind control operation is being carried out.

Of course there are many sorts of mind control operations, but they all tend to have this sort of feedback setup: violate a person with extreme surveillance and use that surveillance information to target the influencing. It is a classic sort of feedback setup that might be described in terms of the mathematical and engineering fields of control theory, at least in the abstract sense. The surveillance devices can range from phone taps, audio and video bugs in a home or car, internet monitoring, and basic tracking devices, all the way up to advanced satellite surveillance methods, super-sensitive electromagnetic sensor systems with computer analysis, and devices implanted in people's bodies without their consent. The "effector" or the control variables can range from harassing phone calls, street theater, rumor spreading, power-line dimming, and internet messages all the way up to harassment with microwave devices, acoustic weapons, messages in the media such as TV and newspapers, projecting "voices" to a person that only he or she can hear, and direct brain stimulation and manipulation.

Other mind control methods use techniques such as hypnosis and drugs to influence people, but the methods all have the common thread of the denied and deniable attack against the mind of an individual. The purpose of this essay is not to specifically describe the methods of mind control. More specifics will be given in the later essays of this series, and one can consult books and articles by various authors for the documented history of mind control technology and operations in the U.S. See, for example, the articles at the Mind Control: Technology, Techniques, and Politics web site at http://www.datafilter.com/mc.

Even if you do not believe that all of this is currently happening -- though it is -- you should still be concerned. Based on public, open sources it is clear to almost anyone that the technology will be available in the near future. But there are victims now. You do not even have to think the U.S. government is doing this, but it is. "Our boys" will be targeted with these sorts of weapons in future wars.

For the purposes of this essay, I assume that the reader has a general grasp of the type of mind control manipulations being discussed and I consider possible motivations a harasser, monitor, or controller (or group thereof) might have to commit such vicious crimes. Because this essay is intended to get people thinking, the possible motives will not necessarily be linked to any particular technological method, but the reader with some common sense will see what methods might be used in each case and will no doubt be able to think of combinations and motivations not directly mentioned here.

To spoil the rest of the essay, the reasons boil down to money and power.

Technological Equivalent of the Atomic Bomb
Many items appear on the list of motivations for mind control abuses, but the one primary reason why the technology was developed is because it is a weapon. This is the first motivation and why billions of dollars have been covertly spent on the technology. Of course, once the technology and techniques are developed they tend to proliferate. Other application tend to be found, depending on the level of corruption in a society, and organized crime groups other than the government tend to obtain such weapons and techniques. But the primary reason such devices were first developed and tested is that governments were and are developing and testing weapons.

A recent Air Force Times article about a microwave crowd control weapon being prepared for deployment described such weapons as "perhaps the biggest breakthrough in weapons technology since the atomic bomb," and the particular weapon they were describing is far, far from the covert cutting edge. Indeed, a government would be negligent if it did not investigate such technology. But using the technology on people without their consent, either in testing or in applications, is either an act of war if committed on foreign individuals or an act of treason if committed on domestic citizens. It is almost always an act of torture.

It is important not to confuse the real motivation with the rationalizations or the cover reasons. Terrorists, terrorists, terrorists, and pedophiles are the currently popular rationalizations for usurping citizens' inalienable liberties now that the cold war is over. A week of American TV would convince any unindoctrinated viewer of that. There is also the phenomenon I call "spreading the blood around." This is the idea that the more people who can be made to take part in some way in a large-scale atrocity -- to get some of the blood on their hands -- the more political support that can be generated for continuing the atrocities.

Some differences between the atomic bomb and mind control technology need to be pointed out. First, mind control technology is meant to be used covertly and deniably. It is not meant necessarily to kill, though it can, but rather to ultimately control a human being like an automaton. Secondly, mind control technology is designed for use against the domestic population, rather than just against foreign targets.

Who Would Want to Rule the World?

At some level it is stunning that an essay such as this is necessary at all. People have always wanted to "control men's minds" -- not to mention women's minds. But people historically have also been manipulated again and again, by one group of people followed by another, by one big lie followed by another -- often convinced that it cannot possibly be happening now. There is also a "moral big lie" where decent people cannot imagine that anyone could have the capacity to carry out such heinous atrocities and conspiracies over long periods of time, because they could not imagine themselves doing it. They have minor moral lapses like everyone (like ordinary people tell small lies) but they just cannot grasp the notion of the big moral atrocity because they would never consider such abominations.

There always have been and always will be people among us who yearn for nothing but to be tyrants over other people. Let us be clear here on that point and never forget it. There will always be someone who wants to be the next Stalin -- to choose one historical example from countlessly many -- and who will stop at absolutely nothing to achieve this. This also means that there are Americans among us now who are just this sort of person -- or a lackey for such a person -- living among us in our society. Do not let the big lie and ubiquitous American propaganda fuzzy your thinking. The threat is more likely to come from within the government than from someone's garage. Eternal vigilance is indeed the price of liberty.

Motives for Mind Control

We finally come to the list of possible motivations for mind control. It is important to remember, though, that it is not the responsibility of the torture victim to second-guess the reasons the torture was committed. In this sense the "reason" for the torture is generally that the torturer had the opportunity to commit the torture and thought he or she could get away with it. Nonetheless, it is useful to examine more mercenary or mercantile sorts of possible motivations to better see why mind control torture is happening, why it continues, and maybe gain some insight into how it can be abolished.

Remember that in any group of people there is politics. This is also the case with the people involved in the conspiracy of mind controllers. So when considering questions such as "why don't they just kill everyone who speaks out at all" or other such questions -- which can be useful to consider even if you cannot know the exact answer -- it is important to keep this in mind. Mind control conspirators tend to come from the same culture and live in the same society with the victims. When they leave the underground bunker -- literally or metaphorically -- they go to live in homes and with families among us. [The low-level mind controllers, like Auschwitz guards, probably do not know the whole mind control system either. Also, with advanced electronic sorts of harassment the harasser could be half a world away with a good connection, but presumably still lives in a community among some decent people.]

Many interrelated motives are mentioned on the following list, but that does not imply that exactly one listed motive is the true motive in any case, or that the list is exhaustive. A useful comparison for how a victim might be used is a comparison to a slaughterhouse, where an animal comes in and is cut up and almost every usable scrap that can be used for anything is used. To use a slave auction analogy, if one slaver has a slave that is good for X but needs Y, and another slaver has a slave that is good for Y and wants X, then perhaps they can strike up a commercial transaction on their human chattel.

Some might object that publicizing this list will only give new ideas to harassers. It might, but the only alternative is to keep the people uninformed and to allow the atrocities to continue. I also suspect that the people with access to this technology for some years have already thought of (and applied) all of these reasons, even if they did not express them this way.

Here is the list of motives, in no particular order.

Low-intensity warfare against the domestic population. This has long been the policy of the U.S. government, though it typically is not so directly stated. Cointelpro actions are covertly undertaken to harass and discredit people who, for whatever reason, are "in the way." Frank Donner, in his 1980 book Age of Surveillance, makes this point with example after example. In his phrase, convert surveillance and harassment has become an unspoken "mode of governance" in the U.S. So this newer technology simply fits right in as a more high-tech way to continue carrying out this "mode of governance." A key concept which Donner points out, and which many Americans cannot quite seem to grasp is that the government does not need to accuse you of a crime or charge you or try you if they can just punish you. A paranoid government does not even need to suspect that you are committing any crime, wrongdoing, or organizing at all: only that you might do so. These sorts of programs usually tend to target potential leaders and whistleblowers, though anyone can be cointelproed.

Ideas to mine/steal. In some sense this is just a form of old-fashioned spying updated with new technology that obliterates the notion of human rights. Consider what might be the first step on a slippery slope of rationalizations. Suppose an Iraqi nuclear scientist, or any brilliant "foreign" scientist or engineer, was of concern to the U.S. Suppose there is now this new technology, that can literally "get inside the head" of such a scientist and watch him or her as he or she thinks and works. Not only that, it can be used to influence that scientist. Armed with such a rationalization, the covert action crew goes to work and sets up the massively invasive surveillance. Then, for years afterward, analysts can study the subject and extract any "intelligence" they can from him or her.

Would such a program, if "successful," be contained and only be used on foreign scientists? I do not think so. It would be used on any people at all, only limited by the cost and the perceived risk of being caught. Domestic targets might even be more tempting because the risk of discovery could be better "managed." You would not even have to be a brilliant scientist, some bureaucrat only needs to think you are, or that you are somehow "of interest." If enough people are targeted then almost all levels of scientists and engineers could be targeted. (If they had a golden goose they'd dissect it.)

Intellectual property theft from scientists and engineers is only listed first because of the slippery slope example above; there are many classes of people who might be targeted for similar reasons. Einstein is quoted as having said that imagination is more important than intelligence, and imagination is even more important to covert organizations who effectively select against employees with real imagination.

Other sorts of creative people who might be vulnerable are writers (plagiarism), other types of artists or craftspeople, inventors, programmers, etc. In an economic espionage sense, any sort of innovative or high-volume stock trader or business leader might be a tempting and very lucrative target. Dialogue and situations stolen from people's real lives can become tomorrow's "drama." Patents, copyrights, trademarks, and any sort of intellectual property can be deniably stolen from these victims. This can deny them their livelihoods and makes them literal slaves.

Statistical profiling of a population. This is like using nonconsensual subjects in a focus group, to understand what their likes, dislikes, needs, and trends are. It might be most effective with unwitting subjects (who have not realized they are under monitoring), but can still be used on subjects who know they are being monitored. It is like having the ability to take an instant poll of a captive population, who may not even be able to hide what their innermost secrets are. Anyone who knows anything about modern U.S. elections knows how influential and widely used polls are. This is just one aspect of the power of being able to statistically profile a large population. It is the statistics of population control, where some sample of people -- which does not even need to be especially large relative to the hundreds of millions in the population -- can be used to predict trends in the larger population.

Suppose, for example, that an individual were put under surveillance and found useful to serve as an exemplar of a statistical demographic group, say of 100,000 people. That is, that person's perspective, ideas, and reactions could be used to both predict and manipulate the entire social group on a large scale. This sort of analysis is already known to take place; it becomes that much more effective with a focus group under even more invasive monitoring. In a commercial sense, the power to manipulate a demographic group is the power to get them to purchase goods and provide a profit. Every sort of thing is marketed these days. Advertising campaigns are created to sell politicians, soap, ideas, slurs, and anything else.

Interrogation for secrets. This is another advanced technology application to old-fashioned spying. People can be "brain interrogated" for secrets they know. This may be used to reveal critical passwords, uncover blackmailable incidents, and obtain national and commercial secrets.

Psyop BDA. BDA is the military abbreviation for bomb damage assessment. In order to most effectively bomb a target you need to know which bombs hit their target and how much damage was inflicted by the bombing. This feedback is then used to both improve the subsequent bombings and to revisit targets that were missed. One of Noam Chomsky's main theses has for years been that "democratic" governments use propaganda similarly to the way direct totalitarian governments use violence. Therefore, it is important for the cloistered elites to know how well their propaganda "bombs" are playing with the masses. Like with the statistical profiling use of "maximally invasive surveillance," nonconsensual monitoring can provide this sort of political control feedback data.

Entertainment freak show. Sadism and voyeurism are powerful motivations for some people. Mind control victims can provide a live torture-cam of an individual 24 hours a day, and may even allow the sadist to play at the controls and inflict damage or influence the "show." It would be like an ongoing snuff film you could participate in. This may also be a part of "spreading the blood around" by appealing to some of the baser human instincts and then having a person on the hook for having participated (like has been alleged for some "satanic" rituals where people take a small part in a ritual crime so they are inextricably linked to the conspiracy).

To suppress technology they cannot control. Many people believe that you can always be the best if you can harass and put down anyone better. This seems to be the modus operandi of the U.S. secret sector, where if they do not control the technology then it is stolen, the original inventor or developer (or just student) is harassed, and it can then be developed in secret. Even if they are not themselves interested in the new technology, the temptation to suppress any possible disruption to the status quo is always there. There is a law in Washington that there can be no building taller than the Capitol. When secrecy-bred mediocrity and lack of accountability are taken into account the Capitol becomes a very low building.

Hired harassment squad for billionaires. It does not take long for some personnel involved in this technology and experienced with these techniques to leave for the private sector. This opens the possibility for deniable mercenary harassment squads.

Distributed concentration camps. The federal government has historically made plans for "emergencies" which have included lists of people to lock up in internment camps. With this new technology perfected, the concentration camps can be "distributed," by turning each listed person's home and mind into an electronic prison.

Vigilante groups. To control "crime," or whatever they choose to claim they are targeting people for, a vigilante group can select people they do not like for extrajudicial punishment. Like most such groups, actually "controlling crime" is just an excuse to pick people for victimization and to rationalize it to the members of the group.

To control a person, like a world leader or assassin (or any sort of leader). This is probably the ultimate dream of a mind controller (or their own controllers): to take control of a world leader or other important person. This could even start from a young age, with the person groomed for the position of power and with members of the secret team influencing and increasing the opportunities for the chosen "asset" to reach a position of power. When trained from a young age an unfortunate child might not even realize that the influencing was not normal (the "secret friend" that is not imaginary). Subtle advanced techniques could influence an adult without his or her knowledge. Even if he or she suspected, there would likely already be a pool of blackmail information and powerful psychological levers to employ against the person.

The quest for controlled assassins, or Manchurian candidates, is well-known. The search for such techniques never stopped and is still ongoing. Similarly, sexual blackmail operations are an ongoing reality and mind control victims may be utilized in setting up such traps.

If the technology is cheap enough or if you have a wide-field multi-target device you do not even need to target the leaders. Your army can covertly "capture" more and more of the inhabitants (or flick a switch on a wide-field device) until it can march into town down main street to a hero's welcome. Then again, once this is accomplished there is no need to march in at all, just keep milking out "tribute" from the conquered people -- who never even knew there was a war against them. It is easy to parody this as just some sort of "body snatchers" scenario, but to military planners it is a very real thing.

To infiltrate a group. In order to control, influence, or install a puppet leader in a group the controllers do not know much about and really do not understand, it could be useful to monitor a member or leader in order to learn what might be effective responses, ideas, or actions. For example, a religious sect they wanted to control. Another example would be for a mind controller to use information gained from the monitoring of a victim in order to better pose as a victim, say on the internet.

Genocide. This could be the implicit or explicit result of a mind control operation. The group here is whatever group is selected for torture, which may be racial, religious, socioeconomic, or related to whatever other selection criteria is used. People under long-running extrajudicial torture are not free to just "choose life" even if they wanted to. People are forced to decide whether they should bring a child into the world to also be monitored and violated every day, without the child's or the parent's consent. They have to wonder about supporting a child when they are under ongoing torture which may intensify at any moment. They know that, at the least, the life of any child will be threatened in order to further torture them and harass them, and they know that the threat is credible.

As a medical scam for money. These days medicine and pharmaceuticals represent big money. If the cover lie for mind control abuses is mental illness them some mind control victims will be misdiagnosed as mentally ill (rather than as torture victims) and given (or even forced) treatment and medication. An unscrupulous company or group of individuals could exploit this fact to make money off the suffering of the mind control victims.

To predict and preempt actions. Besides wanting to just control behavior, a running trend is to want to predict behavior, obviously before it happens. But the sort of data that is needed to predict behavior in detail is exactly the same as the invasive surveillance data used to control and harass individuals. Prediction is also a component in more effective control.

We are already seeing instances where people's rights are infringed upon not because they have done anything but because someone predicted they would do something, based upon whatever methodology. Much of this prediction is just snake oil and pseudoscience, but that does not change the fact that the rights infringement is very real. There is also a statistical and scientific methodology to prediction which undoubtedly will improve with time. If you can accurately predict someone's actions you can move to preempt those actions even before they are taken.

To train agents to perform any of these actions. As professional torturing scum either retire, move into other sectors, or quit in disgust, new agents must be hired to take their places. If the system is expanding then new people need to be hired to enlarge the system (or to automate the system with computers so fewer monitors can control more and more people). These people need to be trained in the special juvenile and idiotic barbarity the U.S. mind controllers love to inflict. Therefore fresh victims must continually be selected from the population so these sadistic pigs can practice their torture techniques.

To intimidate a population by making "examples" of people. If it were an open secret that people can be selected for any reason for mind control torture, then the population in on the open secret would be intimidated, if not terrified, that any one of them could be the next victim. This is just a new method of violence by which a regime of thugs can control a population using a long-practiced terror tactic.

To perfect the technology and techniques and make it less detectable. This is the human guinea pig testing of the weapons technology, much like radiation tests on unwitting citizens. Weapons are built, human subjects are chosen from the population, and the weapons are tested on the nonconsensual subjects. (Some consensual subjects are no doubt also used, but that is not a human rights violation if the consent was truly informed.) After these tests, the weapons lab analyzes the terrorized or influenced or manipulated responses of the subjects (in a "successful" test) and refines the weapon system.

A part of this testing also serves to help close all avenues of response and redress which might be open to the human subjects (and which later domestic targets of the weapon might have). Any response the victim tries to make is monitored, and if it might be successful then this "loophole" in the system of denying justice is closed. For example, a lawyer might be used to attempt to see what legal strategies he or she might think of so they could be rendered ineffective. A technical person would be observed as he or she tried to understand, measure, and block the effects of the weapons system. This would be valuable feedback to the designers, and might even provide them with ideas. Note that for this particular aspect of the torture it is important that the victim know he or she is being attacked/violated.

Of course a victim has little choice but to try to resist or else to willingly become a slave (which still would not likely stop the harassment). He or she must constantly think about the "testing" because it is typically ongoing, day and night. That is just the vicious catch 22 that victims must deal with and is a part of why it is torture. I am not trying to discourage any victim from taking whatever action they decide is the best course in such a horrible situation.

Various unwitting spy scenarios. Perhaps the best spy is one who does not even know he or she is a spy. He or she cannot reveal it even under the most extreme torture because he or she does not know it. Such people can be infiltrated into any group or just selected out of any particular group and "wired up." In a domestic social sense, inmates in prisons can be wired up before they are released so their monitors can peep into any criminal underworld activity which they might enter into after being "freed." (Of course it is important not to confuse the secret police with the regular police and law enforcement, though there is certainly overlap.)

To steal negotiating strategies or information. Arms control, treaties, business negotiations.

To conceal scientific and philosophical insights into human existence. One of the things repressive societies fear is new ideas and new ways of thinking. Scientific advances have been made which could revolutionize the ways man views himself (to use the masculine form); but for some people this represents a potential threat to their power. The new technologies could also potentially help our aging relatives, for example, if used in a humane and consensual way. But it is a difficult philosophical shift to acknowledge that now our own "silent" thoughts might not be private -- or might not really be our own. This is one of the difficulties in getting people to understand mind control crimes. (Remember also that mind controllers have no compunction or restriction against using any lies or deceptions or defiling and desecrating any religion in an attempt to manipulate people.)

Human guinea pigs for medical or psychological research. Once people are under ongoing, invasive surveillance they can become guinea pigs for any sort of medical or psychological human testing that needs continued monitoring. This is a lucrative business now. For example, if a person were were "knocked out" one day by whatever method and had a patch of skin rubbed with some chemical under development or of concern then the experimenters could watch the person's own response to the potential poisoning. Psychological research has even larger potential for abuse. Real "field testing."

To maintain the ongoing mind control conspiracy. Because atrocities have been committed, atrocities continue to be committed to conceal them. The mind control technology and harassment network is used to keep the secret system secret, punish whistleblowers, and of course increase profits at whatever cost to human dignity.
Conclusions
Given that there is a long list of possible motives, hundreds of people (at the least) claiming to be victims of exactly this sort of technology, the known development of the technology, a history of such abuses, and the continued coverups of acknowledged MKULTRA and other mind control victims in the population, it seems reasonable to conclude that nonconsensual testing and harassment is still going on with the latest technology. The questions are, who are the victims, how many are there, what was and is being done to them, and how can this extrajudicial torture of the domestic population be stopped as soon as possible.
