A word to the reader: The following paper is so shocking that, after preparing the initial draft, I didn't want to believe it myself, and resolved to disprove it with more research. However, I only succeeded in turning up more evidence in support of my thesis. And I repeated this cycle of discovery and denial several more times before finally deciding to go with the article. I believe that a serious writer must follow the trail of evidence, no matter where it leads, and report back. So here is my story. Don't be surprised if it causes you to squirm. Its purpose is not to make predictions history makes fools of those who claim to know the future but simply to describe the peril that awaits us in the Persian Gulf. By awakening to the extent of that danger, perhaps we can still find a way to save our nation and the world from disaster. An Attempt to Uncover the Truth About September 11th, 2001

9-11 Research is an investigation and analysis of the events of September 11, 2001. It archives physical evidence of the crimes, such as photographs and videos, provides referenced reports of events relating to the crime, and offers detailed analysis of theories of the attack, especially those advanced by the official FEMA and NIST investigations.

We all know the official story of September 11th: four jetliners were hijacked by groups of four and five Arabic men armed with box cutters, who proceeded to fly three of the four jets into the Twin Towers and the Pentagon. Subsequently the World Trade Center Towers, weakened by the impacts and fires, collapsed into piles of rubble. The FBI had compiled a list of hijackers within three days, and it was so obvious that Osama bin Laden had masterminded the operation from caves in Afghanistan, that there was no need to seriously investigate the crime or produce evidence. The "retaliatory" attack on the Taliban would soon commence.

Is this story true? Its central assumptions have never been tested by an official government body whose members lack obvious conflicts of interest. There are numerous red flags in the official story, which requires a long series of highly improbable coincidences. Questioning that story is an act of responsible citizenship.

Michael Reagan openly supports the execution of political Activists in America. He has called for the murder of supporters of the 9/11 Truth Movement. He wants to pay for the bullets. He has used his national radio show to solicit the capital murder of Mark Dice and says that Mark should be “tied to a post in the middle of a firing range and shot and killed.”

Reagan’s open support of the extermination of political dissidents is identical to the type of evil we have seen in tyrannical governments around the world, all throughout history. Michael Reagan hates freedom and advocates the mass execution of innocent civilians with no due process.

Legislating Tyranny

The George W. Bush administration responded to the 9/11 attack on the World Trade Center and Pentagon with an assault on U.S. civil liberty that Bush justified in the name of the “war on terror.” The government assured us that the draconian measures apply only to “terrorists.” The word terrorist, however, was not defined. The government claimed the discretionary power to decide who is a terrorist without having to present evidence or charges in a court of law.

Frankly, the Bush administration’s policy evades any notion of procedural due process of law. Administration assurances that harsh treatment is reserved only for terrorists is meaningless when the threshold process for determining who is and who is not a terrorist depends on executive discretion that is not subject to review. Substantive rights are useless without the procedural rights to enforce them.

Terrorist legislation and executive assertions created a basis upon which federal authorities claimed they were free to suspend suspects’ civil liberties in order to defend Americans from terrorism. Only after civil liberties groups and federal courts challenged some of the unconstitutional laws and procedures did realization spread that the Bush administration’s assault on the Bill of Rights is a greater threat to Americans than are terrorists.

Breaking: Bilderberg Goons Harass Jones Family

In a shocking development on the final day of the Bilderberg meeting in Chantilly, Virginia, Infowars has learned that “security” goons attached to the globalist cabal have engaged in a disgusting form of psychological warfare against Alex Jones’ family. As Jones prepared to fly out of Virginia on his way home to Austin, Texas, he called his wife and immediately after this call an unidentified woman, using a private number untraceable by called ID, called Alex’s wife and stated that she was pregnant with his child.

As Alex notes, this precisely timed call, falling on the heels of a call to his wife, is evidence enough that the government is listening to his personal telephone conversations and has done so the entire time he was present in Virginia confronting the Bilderberg clan. As noted here previously, the entire time Alex and the Infowars team was present in Chantilly confronting the Bilderbergers and documenting the events, the government engaged in dirty tricks in addition to monitoring, following, and photographing them. The “security” goons engaged in this behavior are obviously military and attached to special operations, as Alex notes their stature is of a military nature.

This man, identified as a U.S. State Dept. Bureau of Diplomatic Security agent, didn’t take kindly to having his photo taken.

In addition to monitoring Jones and his media entourage, on several occasions government agents attempted to provocateur Alex into committing illegal and violent acts, in particular against the State Department. On all occasions, Alex informed the agents and operatives that he is non-violent and engaged in activity guaranteed under the First Amendment of the Constitution.

These events are harrowingly reminiscent of the illegal and immoral behavior committed by the government under the FBI’s COINTELPRO in the 1960s and early 70s. However, the difference today is the fact the government has sophisticated technology at its disposal, including the ability to electronically hijack cell phones, turn these devices on or off at will, and engage in non-stop surveillance and other forms of digital trickery.

We Are Change activist Luke Rudkowski, also present to oppose the Bilderberg criminals in Virginia, reports similar dirty tricks. Rudkowski, writing on the We Are Change website this afternoon, indicates that he has “received similar harassing calls within the last year, especially when I was most effective. My significant other also received a phone call from a private number stating the similar situation with never a follow up proving it’s a fact.”

Obviously, the government is engaging in this shameless behavior because Jones, Rudkowski, and other activists are effectively resisting tyranny and revealing the crimes of the elite as they move to turn the planet into a high-tech gulag and corporate slave plantation. In the weeks and months ahead, we should expect more of this behavior, as the elite, dispatching their military operatives and special psychological warfare teams, will not rest until they have destroyed every last vestige of liberty.

Former Governor Jesse Ventura went further in his 9/11 skepticism than ever before today when he told the Howard Stern Show of his fear that elements of the U.S. government carried out the attack, stating, “I hate to fear….that we possibly did it to ourselves.”

“There’s a lot of very difficult questions that have not been answered and no one seems to want to provide any answers,” Ventura told Stern, adding that the most prescient was, “That a third building could fall into its own footprint five hours later having not been struck by much of anything….the 9/11 Commission didn’t even address the issue.

On my birthday last year, I declared my independence from a national leadership that, through its votes in support of the war machine, is now complicit in war crimes, torture, crimes against humanity, and crimes against the peace.

I declared my independence from every bomb dropped, every veteran maimed, and every child killed.

I noted that the Democratic leadership in Congress had failed to restore this country to Constitutional rule by repealing the Patriot Acts, the Secret Evidence Act, and the Military Commissions Act.

That it had aided and abetted illegal spying against the American people. And that it took impeachment off the table.

In addition, the Democratic Congressional leadership failed to promote the economic integrity of this country by not repealing the Bush tax cuts. They failed to institute a livable wage, Medicare-for-all health care, and gave even more money to the Pentagon as it misuses our hard-earned dollars.

We can add to that list, too, an abject failure to stand up for human rights and dignity.

If the Democratic and Republican leadership won't respect the right of return for Hurricanes Katrina and Rita survivors, how can we expect them to champion the right of return for Palestinians?

If this country's leadership tolerates the wanton murder of unarmed black and Latino men by law enforcement officials—extra-judicial killings—how can we expect them to stop or even speak out against targeted assassinations in the Middle East?

If the Democratic and Republican leadership accept ethnic cleansing in this country by way of gentrification and predatory lending, why should we expect them to put an end to it in Palestine?

If the leadership of this country impedes self-determination for native peoples in this country, why should we expect them to support indigenous rights for anyone abroad?

And sadly, the sensationalist corporate media would rather trick us into thinking that reporting on a pastor, a former Vice Presidential nominee, and a former cable TV magnate constitutes this country's much-needed discussion of its own apartheid past and present, so why should we expect an honest discussion of apartheid and Zionism?

I hope by now it is clear. Our values will never be reflected in public policy as long as our political parties and our country remain hijacked.

Hijacked by false patriots who usurp the applause of the people and all the while betray our values.

I've decided that neither the Democrats nor the Republicans will operate any longer as business as usual—not in my name.

That Democrats and Republicans will use my tax dollars and betray my values, not one day longer—not in my name.

That neither the Democrats nor the Republicans have earned my most precious political asset—my vote.

And that now is the time to do some things I've never done before in order to have some things I've never had before.

And so here today, I declare my independence from weapons transfers: including Apache Helicopters; F'16s; sidewinder, hellfire, and Stinger missiles.

I declare my independence from occupation, demolished homes, political prisoners, and babies dying at checkpoints.

Can you describe what mind control feels like?

JD: It takes on different characteristics over time. In the beginning, you simply don’t know that you are being influenced by it. Your brain doesn’t distinguish the external signal from your natural brain signals. Later, you feel that something is wrong and it feels like you are disassociated. Overtime as the intensity is turned up, you almost go into shock that such pain and trauma can be induced into the brain bypassing the normal sensory pathways. Just like turning a knob, full control of the human can be achieved or dissipated.

When full control is achieved it can best be described like a war in the mind. Your freewill is trying to overcome the mind control signal. Imagine a road with deep ruts in it. You are driving 55 miles an hour. Your tires get caught in the ruts and the car begins to steer itself to follow the deep ruts. When the car hops out of the ruts you get control but quickly the front tires get trapped into the ruts again. But unlike a car, you can’t just stop your mind. Even during sleep it continues and must follow the ruts. Later I learned that these ruts are called brain resonance entrainments and has commonalities to hypnosis.

What other kinds of psychological and neurological experiments were run on you?

JD: I counted over 75 different experiments from passing polygraphs and purposely failing polygraphs to memory recall experiments and trying to program me to kill various military leaders whom I didn’t know. They used sentence repetition, subliminal dream programming, a strange kind of brain imprinting using conditioning of emotional states that could be invoked with flashing images of the people I was to kill they told me.

What else can you tell people about your horrific experience and about neurological weapons?

JD: What was truly mind blowing for me is that I was forced to begin thinking in words. Every thought that I had after a while would be perceived as internal audio. They went through a mapping process where they refined and tuned the phonemes of perceived speech. It was as if they forced my brain to learn a way to control a voice synthesizer.

Can you imagine how maddening it is not to be able to think quickly and silently?

What do you think the purpose was of that experiment?

JD: At the time I was so confused as to why this was being done to me that I didn’t know. But in hindsight it was obvious that it served dual purposes at least. It is the perfect interrogation tool and by interjecting false sentences in the same “voice” as my new internal voice, the system would occasionally trick my mind into thinking that I thought it. They have been working on this technology and using it for over half a century. Again, in hindsight, I have seen this technology described in countless movies but didn’t believe that it really existed at the time.

How did they release you from the program?

JD: I don’t know if they fully did. They stopped the torture and violent imagery and repetitive sentence programming that were intensely painful, but not everything has stopped. Maybe I am to be triggered by a keyword to do their bidding. I just don’t know if I am a failed project because I was too aware of what they were trying to do or if I am now a programmed assassin. How could one know that technology to fully control a human as a remote control soldier has been perfected? I feel exactly how someone should feel who was tortured and now cope with post traumatic stress syndrome with flashbacks to the extreme torture methods.

It is difficult to know whether I should consider myself lucky that I survived or if the horror of being betrayed by my government and living with the knowledge on what a massive scale this is done isn’t a fate worse than death. There are no good guys to root for anymore.

You said that the worst part of your nightmare life is the betrayal. It seems like the torture and rape for years would have been the worst part. Can you explain?

JD: Yes, I have spoken to many other survivors in the last couple years. There are hundreds of organized groups around the world now. But being a perfect all American citizen of the only superpower in the world, makes my experience unique. Imagine that you are a veteran and risked your life to defend the values of this country then all your pride in your country, in your people, taken away. Perfect betrayal. Imagine having to walk the Earth and look at your fellow man like dumbed down animals. There has been a rift in human intelligence, the haves and have nots. There are only about 5% of the population that can understand the sophistication of the techniques and physics of the weapon system. The majority have been lobotomized with deception and lies through omission on the mass news media. They have some sort of painful brainwash block that doesn’t allow them to want to understand the mathematics, physics nor read about the uses of the system nor take responsibility for what they have been duped into creating. Imagine living in Disneyland every day of your life. You see these people completely oblivious to what is happening all around them. Their own children are being sacrificed right in front them but they don’t understand. They mean well but the path to Hell is paved with good intentions.

This affects me because in order to heal psychologically, the truth must be understood by your fellow humans not just by those who got the proof by a painful demonstration. You find that most people use less than 10% of their brain now. It is like teaching algebra to a dog, calculus to a cow, or quantum theory to a monkey. The wiring just isn’t there. And even if you run into a rare person smart enough to understand or believe what is happening, intelligence and courage do not seem to be linked in anyway. So, the heroes are few and far in between. How did the American system fail so badly into a perfect system of lies, deception, hypnosis, and diabolical controls?

That is why betrayal and the God’s eye view of how my fellow people have been tricked is the most painful part of being shown and told the next layer of truth. The physical torture can be forgotten in time.

Are there any quotes from your US government torturers that you can remember?

JD: Yes, many. They called my life destruction and eternal unhappiness a “war game”. They map out every action a good citizen will try. So for example one might consider going to the FBI for help not understanding that these systems of justice and checks and balances have fully been subverted. They said, “The FBI are morons. They aren’t smart enough to figure out how we are doing this to thousands of people. Go ahead and tell them. They have no real power over us. In fact we use them like patsies to close the cases of many of our projects after their deaths.”

Sure enough, they were right.

“We do this all over the world and no one can stop us.”

That too turned out to be true. Everything is scaled much larger than you think at first. The US has a killing machine bar none. It is the opposite of terrorism in the sense that they are using this weapon to kill thousands in the worst way but it is silent. Terrorism/guerilla warfare in my opinion is more noble, if there is such a thing in war, than silent mass murder with a cowardly weapon at a distance. There is no reason, no warning, no message, and no negotiations with silent wars or whatever they think they are doing. At least so called terrorism’s message was ‘get out of our country.’ That message everyone can understand and using publicity to help Americans understand what agents are doing in their name in secret.

They must have told you more?

JD: Of course. But most things were lies used to confuse, disorient, and create panic. Such as “We are going to torture and kill your whole family in this same way,” They often repeated. But nothing happened to my family. They did say that they killed John F. Kennedy, John Lennon using programmed assassins. They said that they programmed the guys who attacked Dan Rather. They bragged that they were increasing the violence around the world to create the perception of fear and that terrorists were everywhere. They said that terrorist media events are being created using this technology all over the world. People think 9/11 was done using explosives in the buildings but they were actually mind controlled into doing it which has almost perfect plausible denial in main stream media.”

Did you believe them?

JD: Yes, once you see and feel the pure evil and how much control of your thoughts and beliefs they have, it would take a very strong and logical person not to be tricked into killing or harming the person or group that they want. Brainwashing has been perfected and creates another level of indirection from the actual masterminds of the plots.

Thank you for time. I know like many war veterans whom I have interviewed it is difficult and painful to talk about the experiences and recall the memories.

JD: Thank you for investigating and warning the few people with a conscience left out there.

Energy Weapons & Testing

Independent investigator Robert Duncan discussed directed energy and neurological weapons and his contention that they've been tested on the public at large. While directed energy is used in microwaves, to remove kidney stones, and in non-invasive surgery, it's also been developed extensively for military purposes, he reported.

The civilian population was targeted for experiments, in programs such as MK-ULTRA, starting after WW II, when Nazi scientists were imported to the US, some working on scalar or gravity weapons, said Duncan. The town of Taos, NM, where a hum was heard by many citizens, was the subject of a directed energy experiment by the U.S. Navy, he claimed. And most recently the Active Denial System (see article below) was tested on human subjects.

Duncan said he interviewed over 600 mind control victims, and found some validity to their allegations. There are weapons that can project voices into people's heads such as one system known as "The Voice of God," he detailed. Blocking techniques include jamming the signals with electronic scramblers, and using shields with metal alloys or mylar. 9/11 Contradictions: When Did Cheney Enter the Underground Bunker?

With regard to the morning of 9/11, everyone agrees that at some time after 9:03 (when the South Tower of the World Trade Center was struck) and before 10:00, Vice President Dick Cheney went down to the Presidential Emergency Operations Center (PEOC), sometimes simply called the “bunker,” under the east wing of the White House. Everyone also agrees that, once there, Cheney was in charge---that he was either making decisions or relaying decisions from President Bush. But there is enormous disagreement as to exactly when Cheney entered the PEOC.

According to The 9/11 Commission Report, Cheney arrived “shortly before 10:00, perhaps at 9:58” (The 9/11 Commission Report [henceforth 9/11CR], 40). This official time, however, contradicts almost all previous reports, some of which had him there before 9:20. This difference is important because, if the 9/11 Commission’s time is correct, Cheney was not in charge in the PEOC when the Pentagon was struck, or for most of the period during which United Flight 93 was approaching Washington. But if the reports that have him there by 9:20 are correct, he was in charge in the PEOC all that time.

In a famous article called The Mind Has No Firewall, it was first pointed out to the civilian sector how neurological weapons could be the next great scourge on the security and freedom of humanity. The entire Earth is bathed in RADAR and other communication signals. If there existed even a single way to alter nerve cell function with electric and magnetic fields, every life form that has a nervous system could be affected.

While disruption of the human nervous system is the most obvious military application, it is a much more interesting problem to control every human or animal body electrical function specifically and precisely. This has been the research problem for over 50 years and 30 different DoD/CIA programs. Brutal physical methods of brainwashing have been well described in MKUltra documents and described by subjects that survived the methods to expose the details of trauma based conditioning. The question is, “How can these same methods be used at a distance to create a remote controlled human or to kill them?”

TSS chemical division and the office of science and technology have pursued various designer drugs to find a way to enhance the susceptibility of nerve cells to entrainment and others to increase the subjects’ susceptibility to hypnosis for purposes of programming, behavior modification, interrogation, information compartmentalization, personality splitting to pass polygraphs, and so forth.

There have been numerous biomechanical actuators discovered to alter nerve cell functions at a distance: low intensity magnetic fields, electric fields, ultra-sonic pressure waves, microwaves, high frequency pulsed ELF radio waves, cyclotronic ion heating, and many others which can act on different bio-molecular, neurological functions.

The best kept secret from the general public by the DoD is that body electrical activity can be sensed at a very large distance using active ultrawide band sensing and tracking techniques with large distributed arrays. In order to perform the most interesting mind altering experiments, these capabilities needed to be developed to take the research out of the lab.

There are several important factors that determine the effectiveness of these weapons on a particular life form with a nervous system. The natural biological factors and the more complicated designer drugs, nano-tech, and gene alteration research.

The firewall problem is a far more difficult one than is imagined at first blush. Even relatively low intensity RADAR pulses at 450 Mhz can penetrate the Earth deeply. Trying to block low intensity, full spectrum, omni-directional radar is nearly impossible except for special, very expensive materials and signal/noise cancellation setups.

The human brain will “learn” new correlated signals. The signals only need to modulate a small amount of neurotransmitter or alter firing thresholds. This is usually done through adding a small amount of energy to the charged ions on the walls of the nerve cells but again there are a number of methods.

To improve the external signal strength, inter-synaptic signaling can be reduced by selective temporary or permanent damage to membrane organelles. Lowering the amount of neurotransmitter released by the pre-synaptic membranes while slowing the catalytic or reuptake processes of the post synaptic membrane helps sensitize the nerves to the external energy.

Just adding noise to the brain doesn’t provide a severe enough disabling affect and therefore does not make for a very good weapon. The brain is very good at filtering noise. The subjects would notice slight misperceptions like wiggling edges or hear static or tinnitus. Some psychological studies have even claimed that adding some noise to brains can have some beneficial cognitive effects. Therefore, it is important to overpower the brains natural rhythms and distract it through maximal correlation events. This is both a process of teaching the target brain to learn the external signals as well as the cognitive model learning the pathways and response of the target brain.

During sleep the senses and motor functions are shut down. This is basically a sensory deprivation state. Dreaming is caused by spontaneous firing neurons. By forcing the brain to follow specific hypnotic patterns call entrainments, a sort of walking day dream zombie state can be achieved. The entrainments or regular fundamentals of spontaneous firing pathways are necessary to correlate and align the cognitive models with the target in order to perform the more complicated and precise manipulation.

This process can also be thought of as tuning in or creating resonant circuit pathways.

The auto alignment and mapping process is very complex and beyond the scope of this section.

In one of the most basic modes of disablement, the brain states are recorded and repetitively played back into the target brain until the target brain changes state and mimics that pattern, then the next sequence is played. The sequences are overlapped to encourage the “walking of the brain states to the desired outcome”. Obviously this is tricky, and unintentional dysfunction occurs by over exciting the brain and triggering other neural circuits. This previous description forms the foundation concepts of EEG cloning technology, also called mind melding and mind control. There are many variations of these configurations and technologies and they no longer require another human to perform most of the tasks of mapping, continuous neurological disablement, or forced emotional and word choice control. There are hundreds of other applications including brain imprinting and patterning (behavior modification) using these same methods and systems. Disabling clear thinking and inducing errors of thought is the easy task. The research has progressed to full precise control of the human mind.

Why is a firewall for the mind difficult to build?

Once a cognitive model has been created, even if the continuous signal is temporarily disrupted, the model and target brain will readapt whenever the signal is reinitiated. This is because a person’s cognitive states are limited, defined, and classifiable. The hardwired architecture of the brain acts like a complex encryption that once hacked can be deciphered from that point on.

Targeting of individual life forms uses several types of signatures and lock and key techniques. All signatures would have to be altered to lose the tracking including “the spontaneous firing neurons” giving rise to brain prints and the information architecture. The spontaneous firing neurons can be thought of as the clocking mechanism like in a computer CPU.

The resonant circuits and sequences could be scrambled in a low intensity attack. One can think of the brain resonances like a cell phone. Neurons are non linear junctions, so in a cascade of neural circuitry the signals are very bio amplified. There is a sudden cut out point where the external energy signal will not greatly affect anything.

However, there are inadequate trade offs for every defensive strategy with neurological weapons. First of all the brain imprinting and reprogramming takes it toll over time. So like getting too much sun will increase the risk of skin cancer, the probability increases for a kill with prolonged exposure to the directed energy signal.

The weapon is also stealthy where in many cases the targets don’t even know that they are being affected. The knowledge of neurological weapons used on a large scale is mostly unknown in the general public. Only in the most intense form is it detectable and noticed by the subject. This feature is called “Dialed in lethality”.

Noise generators and scramblers for either the human target (receiver) or the RADAR sensors have different tradeoffs. The sensors are distributed and the exact waveforms need to be directed to each sensor to cloak the target, but the sensors are distributed around the Earth. This is an impractical defense except for a large country. Jamming the signals going into the brain has worked but can increase the target’s brain to the point of severe ADD (attention deficit disorder).

There are other theories for developing a firewall for the mind using a technique called cognitive containment and patterning. This uses a technology exactly like the weapon system to learn the patterns of the target mind including speech patterns and forces these “normalized” entrainments into the target mind in a near field induction. There are many problems with this theory including decreased creativity and in the extreme leads to obsessive/compulsive disorder making the species or person less adaptable and hindering learning and development. Almost every defensive method conceived leads to a different type of dysfunction and is not sustainable long term.

In the civilian sector there are simplistic methods of magnetic induction being investigated at Yale University and other places under the guise of curing ill-defined psychological ailments. But none-the-less they have been able to demonstrate the theory that desynchronizing the externally induced entrainments can temporarily repattern the brain and disrupt the weapons entrainments. With more precise modeling and feedback methods, this technique holds promise.

Psychological mechanisms can diminish the effectiveness of the brain entrainments. The weapons effects work best in isolation and sensory deprivation according to the CIA research. So, sensory overloading and stimulation will distract the mind from focusing on the brain imprinting. Feedback and checks and balances with other people and information sources also disrupts the programming by creating relevance and a feedback loop into society and current culture. Of course this method is limited and only affects the higher level cognitive functions and can not stop pain induction pathways used for pain/pleasure behavior modification methods facilitated by neurological weapons.

Neurological EM weaponry is used on the individual and entire populations. The individual can be manipulated or killed in a slow, worse-than-lethal method. Populations can have their mood changed and sub-conscious programming done but only with statistical successes. In addition it can be used in a slow war of mental ability attrition, dumbing down and slowing progress of people in a particular geography or even industry by selection.

Ironically, for these information, neurological weapons, truth is the best defense. “Ye shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free.”(Motto outside of the CIA building at Langley). If the public and media discussed these weapons openly, the effectiveness of these weapons would drop a hundred fold. The weapons tactics and directives are rooted in deception and information poisoning into societies and individual minds.

Eugenics or directed evolution also works at many levels and at different timescales. Technology is one of the fastest timescales which can be directed through push and pull methods. The Department of Defense funds what technologies will be advanced rapidly but the other agency, which we don’t talk about, destroys the advancements in the civilian sectors which they deem too sensitive in order to hinder progress. Culture is the next largest timescale of directed evolution. This has been of interest since WWII and the ‘Red Threat’. It is called cultural warfare and uses many sophisticated tools from psychology and information theory. Genetics is traditionally thought of when discussing evolution and has the longest timescale depending on the species. It has the most controversy in terms of human experimentation, gene splicing, cloning, and eugenics programs. These are the three major different kinds of directed evolution operating at different time scales. For the naïve observer, they would not see any of these intentional pressures put on the systems and chalk it up to natural capitalistic market pressures, natural selection processes, or Gods’ divine design.

Another kind of development which can be viewed as directed evolution is a human being’s psychology and physiology. This field of study is called behavior modification. The typical perspective is that this is simply done using the pain/pleasure principle to change or modify the mind and values of an individual throughout their life. However, when viewed from the perspective of directed evolution it takes on some additional characteristics and useful tools to control the human animal.

Trigger the target to action. If any of the steps fail, the subject is to be disposed of by trickery, setup by local authorities, and an automated mind virus run for mental disablement for the remainder of their life so the personnel can move onto a new project.

Purposes include split personality (or induced disassociate disorder for spying, sex slaves for black mail of American politicians, programmed assassins, etc.)

Continuity of Government and the "ENDGAME" Scenario

On March 31, Peter Dale Scott posted an informative piece on CounterPunch asking that very question. Why is Congress being sandbagged by the Bush administration on the thorniest of issues: the suspension of the U.S. Constitution and the potential declaration of martial law in the event of a "catastrophic national emergency." Scott writes,

In August 2007, Congressman Peter DeFazio, a member of the House Homeland Security Committee, told the House that he and the rest of his Committee had been barred from reviewing parts of National Security Presidential Directive 51, the White House supersecret plans to implement so-called "Continuity of Government" in the event of a mass terror attack or natural disaster. While it is certainly a reasonable proposition to most citizens that the federal government should be prepared for disasters, man-made or otherwise, throughout its history COG has been tainted by its proximity to repressive police measures directed against the population (viewed as a hostile force to be "contained"), up to, and including the use of the bluntest of instruments: martial law.

Yet the Bush administration, driven by its desire to maximize power within the Executive branch, has used COG as a cover for creating a "post-Constitutional" police state.

The Pentagon’s Pain Compliance and Mind Control Weapons

Military veterans to deliver citizen arrest warrants for Bush and Cheney

Backed by family members and supporters all across the nation, U.S. military veterans will serve citizen arrest warrants for George Bush and Dick Cheney tomorrow in Washington, D.C.

The warrants are "for multiple violations of the Constitution and international war crimes," according to a statement issued by Veterans for Peace, a national organization of men and women who served in wars and military conflicts beginning with the Spanish Civil War in 1936 through the present war in Iraq.

"It has long been apparent that our Constitution is under attack and has been deliberately and relentlessly undermined by domestic enemies -- indeed, by our highest government officials -- who took the same oath we did and have violated it by waging a war of aggression and committing war crimes in Iraq," according to Veterans for Peace president, Elliott Adams in explaining the warrants.

Directed energy systems are being used as electronic poison at a distance. The United States CIA tortures and silently and slowly kills roughly 2000 US citizens a year and about 50 in every other country amounting to about 10,000 worldwide according to our studies of those that have actively spoken out in the last few years. These are the lowest estimates. Of course this is shocking to people who have never heard anything about this global weapon system, so it requires historical context and patterns of behavior to understand the culture of silent assassinations, silent genocide, and silent menticide programs.

The CIA has pursued poisons that are untraceable since their formation in 1947. Most people have the idea that this intelligence branch of government is like the noble, suave James Bond, who is trying to do good for the free world. Nothing could be further from the truth. The agency is filled with obedient killers that have little loyalty to countrymen and could care less about freedom. Just under a quarter of it is composed of half wits who need control through espionage, sabotage, and murder. Radio frequency neurological disruption has proven to be one of the best, untraceable poisons that have been developed.

The Nazis, it was determined in hindsight, lost WWII because of the visibility of the concentration and death camps which made the rest of the world panic at the horror of what they were doing. So after their infiltration into the US system, they continued the death and concentration camps but with a new precise weapon that would not leave huge body counts in one grave nor visible tissue injury. The targets are seemingly unconnected and will die quietly over time so there isn't a blood bath and sudden body count. If targets say anything they will be ignored and discredited by well mapped out and tested psychological methods known as the CIA's "bag of tricks". The majority will die from diseases that can easily be written off as 'natural causes'. This weapon system has become the perfect large scale genocide/menticide device hiding its devastating effects in slightly increased rates of other illnesses and common accidents.

It truly is a grotesque weapon and the shame of the United States or whoever controls the US. It poisons the information in the mind of the target and increases cancer rates, heart attacks, and other complications from the stress on the body and mind from the torturous depatterning methods developed by the disgraceful Dr. Ewen Cameron and others. The effects can be likened to accelerated aging with a probabilistic success at an early kill. So it has the power to direct evolution by silent extermination of selected masses, now marketed as "intelligent design" by the Neo-cons a.k.a. the Nazi sympathizers in the US. When these programs get rediscovered each generation, such as with the Frank Church Congressional hearings in the mid 1970's, the CIA calls them research projects and human experimentation to disarm the people that this isn't exactly what it was intended for implying that it will stop sometime in the near future.

The population selected is an enigma. It isn't genocide because they don't select just a sub race like Jews. This was never the intention of genocide programs but it was just a rough approximation at like minded thinkers. With brain printing and brain signature technologies, like minded thinkers can be selected such as those that would put up resistance to Nazi ideals and their next attempt at one world order and rule. So the official mass murder through electronic poisoning is called a menticide, which means killing of the mind. The other discovery in implementing a silent menticide program was ensuring that they kept the numbers under a percentage of the population in any country. If the numbers became too high, attention would be given to "curing" the illness. Keeping the general population uneducated was also found to ensure that the belief of a weapon system of this sophistication even existed and certainly not used in this diabolic fashion.

Mad Scientists

Art imitates reality. Since the early horror movies which portray the mad scientist throwing a switch and swapping consciousnesses with someone else or giving life to Frankenstein, the reality has progressed significantly whence those "fiction" movies were made. This weapon system is where the most black ops research is done. The capabilities are extensive and too numerous to list here.

The reasons are also many as to why the majority of most horrific, slow murders are committed by the dark portion of the CIA called by those in the agency, "The underbelly of the beast". But the research gets tracked back to Eastern Germanic countries and Nazi sympathizers that gained control just after WWII.

As a scientist, who would work for the US government if it were known how a good percent get silently killed after they quit or retire? So these diabolical methods of disposal were set up so that the general population would not get suspicious and there were no potential leaks or change of loyalties while still enticing a new generation of scientific talent. Since this method of killing was so successful at discrediting those that it kills, it has been expanded to include many other groups and even innocent men, women, and children as of yet for unknown reasons. The other shameful use is to continue slavery in a different form and a new kind of religious persecution. Mental slavery (also known as psychiatric slavery) is still a topic that is not covered in mass news outlets. In its current implementation it is worse than the African slavery of old due to the way pain is administered and the very soul being electronically altered and erased. Using the "voice of god" weapons capabilities, religious leaders and other strong belief systems are manipulated against their very doctrines.

The technology not only can be used to electronically poison specific people or whole populations, it has incredible potential to alter personalities and thinking. Brain patterns of Nazis that have long since died but whose brain patterns were recorded, have be induced into targets and the same sociopathic thinking patterns mimicked, our research has uncovered. This is called brain imprinting technology that even NASA has had some hand in developing. This is a question to be answered by philosophers whether this is a kind of consciousness transfer if only the personality patterns, often described as temperament, can be stored and replayed or imprinted into another mind. The rest of the brain has been mapped out and further refinement of cognitive models has progressed at an exponential rate including what is known as synthetic memory implanting or "false memory syndrome".

Some of the more devious current uses include creating programmed assassins and "psychopaths". These are used to manipulate the media and public with plausible deniability back to the CIA and executive offices. The mass homicides are meant to create fear so that the Americans will give up their right to bear arms and won't be able to fight off the tyrannical elements hiding in government if awareness of the menticide/genocide programs reach critical mass and people care enough about stopping them. The people will be powerless. It is also extensively used to instigate wars and ethnic group hatred. This capability keeps people from unifying and was thoroughly studied in the MKULTRA series of psychological and mind control experiments performed by the Nazi harbored war criminals brought over in CIA Project Paper Clip by the sympathizers posing as Americans.

Thoughts On Urban Survival

What got me started on this post is the fact that I actually saw this coming, and posted on the subject here at Frugal’s, months before the new viruses spread over the country and the news started talking about this new, health emergency, which proves that talking, thinking and sharing ideas with like minded people (you guys), does help to see things coming and prepare for them with enough time.
