The Mindless American: A Tragedy In The Making

10/18/05 "ICH " -- -- As a result of nine-eleven’s jarring impact upon our nation, journalists have discovered a near paranoid rise in retaliation against individuals attempting to expose governmental malfeasance. Increasingly government officials have begun punishing individuals for nothing more than reasoned attempts to inform the American public concerning: How the military has systematically abused (tortured) foreign detainees; How the government intentionally withheld evidence suggesting that an attack upon the United States by Al Qaeda had been eminent; How the military has begun to wage war upon soldiers who, in good conscience, have come to believe that it is wrong for them to kill in a war that, according to international law, is illegal, one that, the reasons for going to war, were fabricated by the President of the United States; How the United States has a sixty-year history (1945- 2005) of assassinating foreign leaders who have chosen not to support the government’s foreign policy goals, initiating the overthrow of duly-elected foreign democracies, while simultaneously supporting brutal authoritarian dictatorships all in order to fill the coffers of America’s military-industrial complex, an egregious imperialistic force with but one goal: To take command of the world economy.

As a result, many of these individuals have been incarcerated, accused of being a traitor, of having sided with the enemy, told that their career will be destroyed, and threatened with extended imprisonment. Accordingly, on September 21, 2005, U.S. immigration officials banned Robert Fisk*, an internationally renowned British journalist, on his way to deliver a speech in Santa Fe, New Mexico, from entering the United States of America due to incisive criticism of the Bush administration’s handling of the Iraq war. No doubt such a scenario has, and is, being repeated many times over in our country. A rather sad fact for a president who has chosen to make such a big deal about the oft-quoted ideals of “freedom and democracy!”

But even more shameful is the fact that there are people who seem not to care that such things are taking place in our country; a rather ignorant crowd of jingoes more comfortable choosing to sit back pretending that everything will be just fine, a people with apparently little regard for the facts. As a behavioral scientist, I am grieved at what appears to be a near pandemic of disinterest in what is happening to our country.

Given the election of George Walker Bush as our president, our country made it quite clear that it is pleased to have as its president a scoundrel, a true terrorist, one more than willing to bully the rest of the world, as opposed to having chosen a real man, one that humanity might embrace as a man of true character (someone like Jimmy Carter), an individual committed to doing what is best for the world (rather than what is most profitable for those running the petrol, armament, pharmaceutical, and construction industries), one with a desire to do what must be done in order to create a more humane world, one of peace, justice, and love. Although we claim to be a Christian nation, having chosen George Walker Bush to be the leader of our nation is a scandal beyond belief, one that mocks the very name of one whose life embodies that which we have been said to believe.

However, now that I am well into my seventh decade of life and very near retirement, I have come to the conclusion that the world basically sucks, that there are few who seem to have the investigative courage to take a good hard look at things that, if discovered, would no doubt destroy one’s image of a land that can do no wrong, one that they believe has somehow received the eternal blessing of God. So I must ask: How is it that we have become such a mindless nation, a society populated by deadheads, folks who seem to have little desire to look beyond the thinly-veneered surface of life?

As a behavioral scientist, it appears that a vast share of folks in our nation have chosen to relinquish a quality no doubt essential to authentic human life….. an existential responsibility to think for themselves, an ontological need to discount the petty concerns that drive the minds of those directed by triviality. It seems that such individuals have become so fantastically preoccupied with, essentially enamored by, the norm of what others think, they have effectively relinquished, through a process of cognitive foreclosure, the capacity to think for themselves. Having become so extremely alienated from the core of their own being, they have little choice but to follow the crowd’s madding need to forge a symbiotic attachment to, in essence relationship with, a society, that for all practical purposes has become the basis of their own identity, the bedrock of their very being. Having done so, the image they have forged for themselves (who they believe themselves to be) has become every bit as fabricated, every bit as disconnected from reality, as their image of society. So in wanting to have at their disposal a more a positive image of themselves, they have been left with little choice but to construct a glorified image of society; an image of what they wish society would have been rather than what it has, in fact, turned out to be. Something like having chosen to have built an ego-incased frame constructed upon the shifting sands of inane social rumor and outright public lies…… truly a flight of fancy bordering on the absurd!

Very few would disagree with the proposition that in Hitler’s Germany there was a determined effort to brainwash the people so they might support Mein Fuhrer’s efforts to conquer the world. However, what if one were to suggest that much the same is occurring in the United States of America, that there has been a determined effort through the socializing influence of our schools, the government, the mass media, the churches we attend, even that of our own parents, to pressure us into believing (just as Hitler) that our country has received the blessing of God, and because of this, we therefore have not only the right, but more importantly, through the use of military weapons, a divine responsibility to see that the world acquiesces to our needs and expectations. Just as Hitler in the 1930’s prepared his countrymen to accept the authoritarian control of the Nazi government, much the same may well be occurring in the United States. Just as Hitler indoctrinated his people to believe that Germany had the right to conquer the world, George Walker Bush “in the name of freedom and democracy” may well be doing the same (preparing the American people to support his administration’s imperialistic drive to dominate the world).

Behaviorally, it is clear that citizens, from cradle to grave, are primed to conform to the dictates of those in power, instructed never to question the validity of what those who would like to take control of our lives have to say. Most Americans have no idea; that what we are fed by the news media (televised and paper-print news) is nothing more than a portrayal of what powerful corporations (those who pay the salaries of those who run mass media) want us to believe, that what happens to pass as education is as often as not mere propaganda (e.g. that Americans are the good guys and their enemies are, without exception, always the bad guys), that what we learn in church may have very little or nothing to do with the truth, that what our parents teach us may be nothing more than an accumulation of their own personal biases…… no doubt a rather subtle modification of what they were taught by their parents. And through such a process, governments and nations around the world wield control as to what their citizens, believe, value, and do.

And, of course, in our own society, the primary way most of us are controlled, the way the vast majority of us are forced “to tow the line,” is through the ominous threat of being fired. Something like this: If you are interested in keeping your career on track, that you would like to keep your job, then you ought to consider the following in order to assure your employer that you deserve the right to keep your job; get married and have a couple of kids, become a member of a social club (such as the Lions Club, the Kiwanis Club, or the Rotarians), be a good capitalist, be a patriotic citizen who loves his country, and make sure that you attend a local church so that everybody will know that you believe in God almighty. However, if, for whatever reason, you decide that you would like to become a rebel, that you would like to begin thinking for yourself, then you’d better brace yourself for trouble, because there is a reasonable likelihood that you will be fired! You see, in America, there is a rule of thumb concerning the working world which basically says that those who do what they are told to do are likely to keep their jobs, whereas those who tend to think for themselves, tend to buck the system, (tend not to do what they have been told to do) end up jobless, powerless, and left to fend for themselves on the mean streets of society.

But why? Why does such a thing occur? Why would America the beautiful, land of the free, do such a horrible thing to its own citizens? The answer is quite simple: Knowing that knowledge is power; the secret is control, controlling the out flow of information, making sure that citizens know no more than they “are supposed to know,” making sure that they remain relatively uninformed, making sure that they are given “just enough” that they will go along with, peacefully accept, the premise that they are well informed, that they have a good idea of what is going on. It is necessary then that the government keep the people from learning the truth. Keep them from even wanting to know the truth. Put the fear of God into them to the extent that they will never question what they have been told to believe. You see, those in power may say that they want their citizens to be educated, to be well informed as to what is going on, however, such is simply not the case. Ask yourself this question: What happens to those of us (teachers, preachers, philosophers, writers, journalists) who do not “tow the line,” those intent upon proposing alternate ways of looking at the world? Look at what happened to Jesus Christ, Martin Luther King, Mohandas Gandhi, even Socrates. I mean, really now, who among us wants to be crucified, assassinated, forced to drink hemlock……. wants to risk the possibility of losing one’s job, the ability to put food on the table for one’s family? However, just in case you do not believe me, try this on for size…… the next time you go to work tell the boss that you are an infidel (that you have grown up and no longer believe in God), that you have decided to become a socialist (that capitalism essentially sucks), that you no longer give a shit about your country (that you have decided to become a rebel, an actively-participating antiwar protestor), and then see what happens. Do you get the point?

There are many (Robert Fisk, Cindy Sheehan, Sybil Edmunds, Bunnatine Greenhouse, Coleen Rowley, Captain Ian Fishback, Col. Anthony Shaffer, Kevin Benderman, Jeremy Hinzman, Brandon Hughey, Camilo Mejia, among others) who have illustrated the courage to risk their jobs, their careers, their reputations, their marriages, their wealth, imprisonment, and, in some cases, even that of their own sanity. But the sad fact is that for every hero out there, there are literally thousands of citizens (each who no doubt consider themselves to be conscientious, hard-working individuals who have a sincere belief in God and a loyal commitment to their country) who yet, for whatever reason, detest men and woman such as these who have shown the moral gumption to put their lives on the line for no other reason than to make a stand for that which is right, a willingness to tell anyone, everyone who is willing to listen, that it is a far better thing for one to have sacrificed his own life so that others might see, than to have chosen to remain silent ensuring the blind pretense that all is well, that there is nothing to worry about, that Big Brother will no doubt take good care of us as long as we simply keep our mouths shut and do exactly as we are told.

Postscript: The most dangerous thing one can do is to tell the truth…… the sentence for which, one way or the other, is always death!

"Recently, it was brought to my attention that Robert Fisk, the renown reporter of The Independent, was not banned from entering the United States. Such was no more than an unfortunate rumor multiplied many times over on the internet. If I had pursued the information a bit more diligently, I would have realized that Mr. Fisk had not been banned from entering the United States, but was, in fact, simply detained from entering the U.S., at that particular moment in time, due to the solitary fact that Mr. Fisk did not have a "biometric passport," which is now required of all citizens from nations like that of the UK on a visa waiver program. For that mistake I offer a sincere apology first of all to Mr. Fisk, for whom I have the greatest degree of respect as an investigative journalist, and secondly to those who so diligently took the time to read my article........ all in order that I as an undoubtedly fallible human being might continue to do my best to tell "the truth" the best that I can."

Criminal Psychiatrists

I want to share a very good article that I found which is very improtant. This report had a special significance for me because of the controversy over my situation. Part of my situation is in the the post The scoop, the whole scoop, and nothing but the scoop. Any way thanks to the warnings from friends and family, I bypassed and discoverd what certain agencies were trying to do to me. The DEA/FBI and other agencies have mastered the techniques of provocation. Using informers and other idiots they would try and provoke me by whatever means and then have the dirty agents capture it all on surveillance and then use this against me as a means to have me arrested and then possibly committed. After being committed they could have engaged in the activities that are presented in the following article. I recently found by accident from a background check that the FBI had been and is still secretly investigating me and has on their computer that I am paranoid after leaving Special Forces. So get this " If you feel like your under surveillance and you find actual surveillance devices and compromise actual agents, that your not supposed to, then your paranoid. I have volumes of information that I am going to share. Three years of information that was gathered the hard way. Hopefully my testimony can help somebody else out there in a similar situation. Forgive me for not providing the name of the author of this article.

The psychiatric profession is perpetuating a secret covert psychological warfare attack against political activists and others who fail to conform to the beliefs that are dictated to us by our tyrants. Political dissidents and independent thinkers are subjected to a full-scale terrorist attack to destroy their life and destroy their mind. Opposition to the brainwashing by our tyrants is not allowed. Since 1947, research psychiatrists have been working with the CIA, Tavistock Institute and military psychological warfare experts to develop techniques of mind control and torture that are impossible to defend yourself against. These criminals can control anyone’s mind with brainwashing and hypnotic techniques. All opposition and dissent is silenced.

Death may be necessary to silence the voices of some people, but our tyrants want everyone to believe the same things. There will be no more arguments. Peace on earth will be achieved by euthanizing those people who are incapable or unwilling to support the dictated belief system.

Psychiatrists have recently developed new techniques of brain surgery which will help to relieve people of their mental, emotional, and psychological distress. Newly developed mind control drugs are helping people to achieve a more tranquilized life. For more than 50 years, research psychiatrists have been perfecting torture techniques to create multiple personality disorders and mind-controlled slaves. The CIA employed Josef Mengele, a Catholic, Nazi, Fascist Criminal Psychiatrists, for many years after World War II, and used him to rape and torture children between the ages of 2 and 5 years old. This is the best age to manufacture the multiple personalities that are used for mind-controlled slaves. The Global Elite have already created armies of mindless robot slaves who have never learned that they can have a mind of their own. They never learned to think for themselves or disagree with what the authorities tell them to believe.

Reports have revealed that mind control perpetrators are torturing new born babies with suffocation techniques within the first few days of their life. Trauma-based mind control requires that selected people be consistently tortured throughout their lives. Some Americans have already been tortured for more than 50 years. This secret war is conscious, deliberate and malicious.

Psychiatrists are also engaging in covert hypnotic attacks in order to control the minds of targeted people. Subliminal hypnotic techniques are used to hypnotize people without their knowledge or consent. After hypnotically programming the person’s mind, the psychiatrists can give the person a keyword so they can be instantly hypnotized for future mind control programming. Then the person is commanded to forget everything that they experienced while they were under hypnosis. They don’t even realize that they have been hypnotized. Their conscious mind forgets, but the subconscious mind remembers and obeys every hypnotic command.

Americans have been brainwashed into believing that it is impossible to hypnotize people and force them to violate their moral and ethical beliefs. This is a lie. The truth is that people can be hypnotized into murdering their best friends. There is good reason to believe that Sirhan Sirhan was hypnotized into assassinating Robert F. Kennedy in 1968. A person who is covertly controlled by hypnosis is called a “sleeper agent,” or a mind-controlled slave. The rest of the population is controlled by ordinary brainwashing by our religions, our schools and colleges, our media, and our political and corporate leaders.

Psychopathic Psychiatrists work with the CIA, the Department of Defense, and law enforcement. They have developed a huge arsenal of Binary Psychological Warfare Drugs. These drugs are used to discredit and destroy the lives and minds of their political opponents. Drugs which mimic the symptoms of mental illness are used to help psychiatrists justify locking up healthy people in mental hospitals. Fabricated accusations that people have threatened violence are used to define targeted people as violent and dangerous to themselves or others. People defined as violent can be involuntarily committed to a mental hospital and forced to take dangerous drugs that cause brain damage and episodes of violence as side effects. Violent episodes of people who are trying to defend themselves from covert attack are used to build a better case that the person is dangerous.

People who get locked up in mental hospitals are subjected to numerous techniques of torture and psychological warfare to break their will and cure them of their independent and disobedient mindedness.

Anyone in the mental health system could be a dangerous agent for covert control. Boycott mental health practitioners until all the criminals have been removed from the profession, prosecuted, convicted, and incarcerated. Your mental health records are made available to law enforcement and other people who have the authority to control your life by force at the point of a gun. Global tyrants are consciously, deliberately and maliciously creating an Orwellian fascist dictatorship so they can enslave all of humanity. You have been warned.

"The Awareness Training Series" Part 4

I want to dedicate this post to the crimes of SHOCK THERAPY used by the various agencies I have mentioned already. As I have stated I am in the second phase of a two phase illegal operation. Below is an excerpt from another source:

The second phase is the Bio-electronic torture/research program in which the non-consenting human subjects or targeted individuals receive “electric shocks” to various parts of their bodies especially their head using satellite technology and government personnel operating ground-based super computers coupled with harmful directed energy weapons such as microwave pulsed signals, microwave audiograms (projected voices in the head), acoustics, extremely low frequency electromagnetic weapons can manipulate persons mind changing their thoughts , behavior and emotions, radio frequency hypnosis, harmonics (known as a mind control technique) and various other classified signal types. These weapons cause debilitating pain harming subjects physically and mentally causing brain lesions, stomach lesions, blisters, eye injuries, cataracts, loose teeth, leukemia and various cancers. The victims are tortured 24/7 for years on end.

I am going to explain how this technology has been used on me and others. As stated above these directed energy weapons are satellite based and operated using NSA computers. Here is how it works. The satellite tracks the EMF field around the subjects head and locks onto it. Every person has a different signature just like a retina scan or finger print. Once the satellite locks on the criminals can send bio-electric shocks from the satellite which gets its information from the computers. The shock enters the neural pathways in the brain and travels to whatever part of the body the criminal wants to shock. This effect takes place from the inside out. The shocks can vary in intensity, from very sharp and painful shocks to small shocks to irritating almost imperceptible shocks. These techniques have been mapped out over the years and with a little tweaking can adjust to your particular body. Phase one is where they gather their data on you when you are not suspecting anything is being done. Depending what the situation is depends on what kind of shock they send. For instance if you are in a social situation they like to shock your genitals so as to make you uncomfortable and hoping to embarrass you. If you are sleeping they might shock you to keep you awake. In my particular situation they like to shock me when I am meditating, doing yoga or taking an exam in school to distract and harass me. If the location of the shocks are in the throat they can make you cough, if they are in the nasal area they can make you sneeze. They can also shock your eyes and ears if they want you to see something or hear something. These can come in handy if they are trying to provoke you. Example: One of the techniques the DEA and other organizations like to use is hand signals and gestures. If you have been accused of using or dealing cocaine or methamphetamine and are part of a defamation campaign they get their informers to stand around you and sniff and rub their noses and eyes. This is done to provoke you into a crime which they are waiting for you to do. In this capacity the criminals in these agencies can shock me and the people around me like my family/friends/fellow students/co-workers/teachers and various others to get a reaction out of me. It gets worse, the weapons can also vibrate and perturb you stomach and intestines so that you have to urinate/defecate or have flatulence. This is used to embarrass you in public or social situations while these shit-bag cowards sit around laughing. More to come.

Fema Executive Orders

Here are the laws that are going to be carried out in the very near future. Do not be fooled with this Katrina fiasco. Remember their primary weapon is secrecy and deception.

Some people have referred to it as the "secret government" of the United States. It is not an elected body, it does not involve itself in public disclosures, and it even has a quasi-secret budget in the billions of dollars. This government organization has more power than the President of the United States or the Congress, it has the power to suspend laws, move entire populations, arrest and detain citizens without a warrant and hold them without trial, it can seize property, food supplies, transportation systems, and can suspend the Constitution. Not only is it the most powerful entity in the United States, but it was not even created under Constitutional law by the Congress. It was a product of a Presidential Executive Order. No, it is not the U.S. military nor the Central Intelligence Agency, they are subject to Congress. The organization is called FEMA, which stands for the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Originally conceived in the Richard Nixon Administration, it was refined by President Jimmy Carter and given teeth in the Ronald Reagan and George Bush Administrations.

FEMA had one original concept when it was created, to assure the survivability of the United States government in the event of a nuclear attack on this nation. It was also provided with the task of being a federal coordinating body during times of domestic disasters, such as earthquakes, floods and hurricanes. Its awesome powers grow under the tutelage of people like Lt. Col. Oliver North and General Richard Secord, the architects on the Iran-Contra scandal and the looting of America's savings and loan institutions. FEMA has even been given control of the State Defense Forces, a rag-tag, often considered neo-Nazi, civilian army that will substitute for the National Guard, if the Guard is called to duty overseas.

THE MOST POWERFUL ORGANIZATION IN THE UNITED STATES.

Though it may be the most powerful organization in the United States, few people know it even exists. But it has crept into our private lives. Even mortgage papers contain FEMA's name in small print if the property in question is near a flood plain. FEMA was deeply involved in the Los Angeles riots and the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake in the San Francisco Bay Area. Some of the black helicopter traffic reported throughout the United States, but mainly in the West, California, Washington, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas and Colorado, are flown by FEMA personnel. FEMA has been given responsibility for many new disasters including urban forest fires, home heating emergencies, refugee situations, urban riots, and emergency planning for nuclear and toxic incidents. In the West, it works in conjunction with the Sixth Army. FEMA was created in a series of Executive Orders. A Presidential Executive Order, whether Constitutional or not, becomes law simply by its publication in the Federal Registry. Congress is by-passed.

Executive Order Number 12148 created the Federal Emergency Management Agency that is to interface with the Department of Defense for civil defense planning and funding. An "emergency czar" was appointed. FEMA has only spent about 6 percent of its budget on national emergencies. The bulk of their funding has been used for the construction of secret underground facilities to assure continuity of government in case of a major emergency, foreign or domestic.

Executive Order Number 12656 appointed the National Security Council as the principal body that should consider emergency powers. This allows the government to increase domestic intelligence and surveillance of U.S. citizens and would restrict the freedom of movement within the United States and grant the government the right to isolate large groups of civilians. The National Guard could be federalized to seal all borders and take control of U.S. air space and all ports of entry. Here are just a few Executive Orders associated with FEMA that would suspend the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. These Executive Orders have been on record for nearly 30 years and could be enacted by the stroke of a Presidential pen:

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10990 allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995 allows the government to seize and control the communication media.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10997 allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998 allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001 allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11002 designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11003 allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11005 allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051 specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310 grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11049 assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen year period.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months. The Federal Emergency Management Agency has broad powers in every aspect of the nation.

General Frank Salzedo, chief of FEMA's Civil Security Division stated in a 1983 conference that he saw FEMA's role as a "new frontier in the protection of individual and governmental leaders from assassination, and of civil and military installations from sabotage and/or attack, as well as prevention of dissident groups from gaining access to U.S. opinion, or a global audience in times of crisis." FEMA's powers were consolidated by President Carter to incorporate: The National Security Act of 1947, which allows for the strategic relocation of industries, services, government and other essential economic activities, and to rationalize the requirements for manpower, resources and production facilities; The 1950 Defense Production Act, which gives the President sweeping powers over all aspects of the economy; The Act of August 29, 1916, which authorizes the Secretary of the Army, in time of war, to take possession of any transportation system for transporting troops, material, or any other purpose related to the emergency; and The International Emergency Economic Powers Act, which enables the President to seize the property of a foreign country or national. These powers were transferred to FEMA in a sweeping consolidation in 1979.

HURRICANE ANDREW FOCUSED ATTENTION ON FEMA.

FEMA's deceptive role really did not come to light with much of the public until Hurricane Andrew smashed into the U.S. mainland. As Russell R. Dynes, director of the Disaster Research Center of the University of Delaware, wrote in The World and I, "...The eye of the political storm hovered over the Federal Emergency Management Agency. FEMA became a convenient target for criticism." Because FEMA was accused of dropping the ball in Florida, the media and Congress commenced to study this agency. What came out of the critical look was that FEMA was spending 12 times more for "black operations" than for disaster relief. It spent $1.3 billion building secret bunkers throughout the United States in anticipation of government disruption by foreign or domestic upheaval. Yet fewer than 20 members of Congress, only members with top security clearance, know of the $1.3 billion expenditure by FEMA for non-natural disaster situations. These few Congressional leaders state that FEMA has a "black curtain" around its operations. FEMA has worked on National Security programs since 1979, and its predecessor, the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency, has secretly spent millions of dollars before being merged into FEMA by President Carter in 1979.

FEMA has developed 300 sophisticated mobile units that are capable of sustaining themselves for a month. The vehicles are located in five areas of the United States. They have tremendous communication systems and each contains a generator that would provide power to 120 homes, but have never been used for disaster relief. FEMA's enormous powers can be triggered easily. In any form of domestic or foreign problem, perceived and not always actual, emergency powers can be enacted. The President of the United States now has broader powers to declare martial law, which activates FEMA's extraordinary powers. Martial law can be declared during time of increased tension overseas, economic problems within the United States, such as a depression, civil unrest, such as demonstrations or scenes like the Los Angeles riots, and in a drug crisis.

These Presidential powers have increased with successive Crime Bills, particularly the 1991 and 1993 Crime Bills, which increase the power to suspend the rights guaranteed under the Constitution and to seize property of those suspected of being drug dealers, to individuals who participate in a public protest or demonstration. Under emergency plans already in existence, the power exists to suspend the Constitution and turn over the reigns of government to FEMA and appointing military commanders to run state and local governments. FEMA then would have the right to order the detention of anyone whom there is reasonable ground to believe...will engage in, or probably conspire with others to engage in acts of espionage or sabotage. The plan also authorized the establishment of concentration camps for detaining the accused, but no trial.

Three times since 1984, FEMA stood on the threshold of taking control of the nation. Once under President Reagan in 1984, and twice under President Bush in 1990 and 1992. But under those three scenarios, there was not a sufficient crisis to warrant risking martial law. Most experts on the subject of FEMA and Martial Law insisted that a crisis has to appear dangerous enough for the people of the United States before they would tolerate or accept complete government takeover. The typical crisis needed would be threat of imminent nuclear war, rioting in several U.S. cites simultaneously, a series of national disasters that affect widespread danger to the populous, massive terrorist attacks, a depression in which tens of millions are unemployed and without financial resources, or a major environmental disaster.

THREE TIMES FEMA STOOD BY READY FOR EMERGENCY

In April 1984, President Reagan signed Presidential Director Number 54 that allowed FEMA to engage in a secret national "readiness exercise" under the code name of REX 84. The exercise was to test FEMA's readiness to assume military authority in the event of a "State of Domestic National Emergency" concurrent with the launching of a direct United States military operation in Central America. The plan called for the deputation of U.S. military and National Guard units so that they could legally be used for domestic law enforcement. These units would be assigned to conduct sweeps and take into custody an estimated 400,000 undocumented Central American immigrants in the United States. The immigrants would be interned at 10 detention centers to be set up at military bases throughout the country.

REX 84 was so highly guarded that special metal security doors were placed on the fifth floor of the FEMA building in Washington, D.C. Even long-standing employees of the Civil Defense of the Federal Executive Department possessing the highest possible security clearances were not being allowed through the newly installed metal security doors. Only personnel wearing a special red Christian cross or crucifix lapel pin were allowed into the premises. Lt. Col. North was responsible for drawing up the emergency plan, which U.S. Attorney General William French Smith opposed vehemently. The plan called for the suspension of the Constitution, turning control of the government over to FEMA, appointment of military commanders to run state and local governments and the declaration of Martial Law. The Presidential Executive Orders to support such a plan were already in place. The plan also advocated the rounding up and transfer to "assembly centers or relocation camps" of a least 21 million American Negroes in the event of massive rioting or disorder, not unlike the rounding up of the Jews in Nazi Germany in the 1930s.

The second known time that FEMA stood by was in 1990 when Desert Storm was enacted. Prior to President Bush's invasion of Iraq, FEMA began to draft new legislation to increase its already formidable powers. One of the elements incorporated into the plan was to set up operations within any state or locality without the prior permission of local or state authorities. Such prior permission has always been required in the past. Much of the mechanism being set into place was in anticipation of the economic collapse of the Western World. The war with Iraq may have been conceived as a ploy to boost the bankrupt economy, but it only pushed the West into deeper recession. The third scenario for FEMA came with the Los Angeles riots after the Rodney King brutality verdict. Had the rioting spread to other cities, FEMA would have been empowered to step in. As it was, major rioting only occurred in the Los Angeles area, thus preventing a pretext for a FEMA response.

On July 5, 1987, the Miami Herald published reports on FEMA's new goals. The goal was to suspend the Constitution in the event of a national crisis, such as nuclear war, violent and widespread internal dissent, or national opposition to a U.S. military invasion abroad. Lt. Col. North was the architect. National Security Directive Number 52 issued in August 1982, pertains to the "Use of National Guard Troops to Quell Disturbances." The crux of the problem is that FEMA has the power to turn the United States into a police state in time of a real crisis or a manufactured crisis. Lt. Col. North virtually established the apparatus for dictatorship. Only the criticism of the Attorney General prevented the plans from being adopted. But intelligence reports indicate that FEMA has a folder with 22 Executive Orders for the President to sign in case of an emergency. It is believed those Executive Orders contain the framework of North's concepts, delayed by criticism but never truly abandoned. The crisis, as the government now sees it, is civil unrest. For generations, the government was concerned with nuclear war, but the violent and disruptive demonstrations that surrounded the Vietnam War era prompted President Nixon to change the direction of emergency powers from war time to times of domestic unrest.

Diana Reynolds, program director of the Edward R. Murrow Center, summed up the dangers of FEMA today and the public reaction to Martial Law in a drug crisis: "It was James Madison's worst nightmare that a righteous faction would someday be strong enough to sweep away the Constitutional restraints designed by the framers to prevent the tyranny of centralized power, excessive privilege, an arbitrary governmental authority over the individual. These restraints, the balancing and checking of powers among branches and layers of government, and the civil guarantees, would be the first casualties in a drug-induced national security state with Reagan's Civil Emergency Preparedness unleashed. Nevertheless, there would be those who would welcome NSC (National Security Council) into the drug fray, believing that increasing state police powers to emergency levels is the only way left to fight American's enemy within.

In the short run, a national security state would probably be a relief to those whose personal security and quality of life has been diminished by drugs or drug related crime. And, as the general public watches the progression of institutional chaos and social decay, they too may be willing to pay the ultimate price, one drug free America for 200 years of democracy."

The first targets in any FEMA emergency would be Hispanics and Blacks, the FEMA orders call for them to be rounded up and detained. Tax protesters, demonstrators against government military intervention outside U.S. borders, and people who maintain weapons in their homes are also targets. Operation Trojan Horse is a program designed to learn the identity of potential opponents to martial law. The program lures potential protesters into public forums, conducted by a "hero" of the people who advocates survival training. The list of names gathered at such meetings and rallies are computerized and then targeted in case of an emergency.

The most shining example of America to the world has been its peaceful transition of government from one administration to another. Despite crises of great magnitude, the United States has maintained its freedom and liberty. This nation now stands on the threshold of rule by non-elected people asserting non-Constitutional powers. Even Congress cannot review a Martial Law action until six months after it has been declared. For the first time in American history, the reigns of government would not be transferred from one elected element to another, but the Constitution, itself, can be suspended. The scenarios established to trigger FEMA into action are generally found in the society today, economic collapse, civil unrest, drug problems, terrorist attacks, and protests against American intervention in a foreign country. All these premises exist, it could only be a matter of time in which one of these triggers the entire emergency necessary to bring FEMA into action, and then it may be too late, because under the FEMA plan, there is no contingency by which Constitutional power is restored.

"The Awareness Training Series" Part 3

This particular post is a little out of order but is of utmost importance to me. I recently made the decision to improve my health with diet and exercise and studying my college classes better instead of sitting around alone and depressed. Well they (NSA/CIA/FBI/DEA) don’t want this. They want you to drink alcohol, use drugs, not eat, not exercise and stay by yourself. They will do whatever they have to and use ANYONE they can to do so.

My situation has grown to national proportions and for them to continue with their crimes without getting caught or drawing public attention is imperative. So they have decided to conduct a sleep/rem deprivation operation on me. The following is some information from other sources on how this works:

8.3.6.3. REM Sleep Deprivation:

8.3.6.3.1. The Rapid Eye Movement (REM) stage of sleep is controlled and usually limited to one to two cycles per night resulting in micro-sleeps during the day. REM deprivation inhibits short-term memory, concentration, tactile abilities, verbal articulation, reasoning, and self will. Protein synthesis is inhibited and thereby reduces the subject's ability to heal after physical damage or after periods of extensive exercise. The result is that the subject's general health degrades as does social bonds and work/school performance.

8.3.6.3.2. The NSA performs control of REM Sleep through various methods. Posthypnotic implants can be implanted that place a subject in a light sleep (posthypnotic trance) with various combinations of muscular tension and computer cycling implant deliveries (to be discussed later).

8.3.6.3.3. Subjects typically complain of no sleep, restless sleep, waking up every hour on the hour, staying awake until the hour they have to get up, waking up an hour after they retire and not returning to sleep, and typically cannot recall any dreams. Additionally, they will complain of repeating torturing thoughts, racing thoughts, and facial itching and numbness. Daily fatigue, poor recall of names, and caffeine consumption is typical.

8.3.6.3.4. Dark rings' surrounding the eyes is evident and the darkened area around the eyes can be reported as sore or tender by the subject. The subtle perceptual impairing effects of REM deprivation make it more difficult for the subject to identify the REM Deprivation problem. When the REM depravation onslaught is gradual and accompanied by a posthypnotic command that the subject "will feel energetic and rested", the subject will not recognize the REM Deprivation. Additional posthypnotic commands can be implanted that will make it difficult for the subject to "see or perceive" the rings surrounding their eyes. I have seen many subjects with very dark eye rings and the subjects could not recognize them at all.

This operation will slowly but silently kill me without any evidence. Since they know that upon my death I am having an in depth autopsy conducted without federal interference this is all they can get do and get away with. Here is how it has gone so far:

1: The technology used in my case is Satellite based Directed Energy Weapons (DEWS) (Non Lethal) (Lasers) linked to Super computers used by (NSA/CIA) in nuclear hardened underground bunkers near Ft. Meade, Maryland/Langley, Virginia, and other secret location across the U.S. These computers can process over 20 billion bytes per second.

2. The first technique used is one in which the Electromagnetic Field (EMF) around my head is tracked/deciphered and encoded into their computers. Their computers record ALL activity going on in my brain. This information is used to determine when I go into sleep mode or reach Delta wave frequencies/ REM states. As soon as this happens the computer reads the code and sends a message to the satellite assigned to me which automatically send an electric shock to me via laser. This shocks jolts my whole body and wakes me instantly. No evidence is left behind.

3: When they stop the shocks (if they stop them), it is about 2 hours before I have to get up for school. (For some reason they get excited around 3/4/5 o’clock in the morning usually every 15 minutes. At this time I fall asleep which for them is fun because this when they start to decode my dream images onto their computers. So these criminals sit around watching what I am dreaming. During this time they can do several things; a) send me voice to skull sounds/subliminal messages/ or the encoding of images they have created at an earlier time. (By the way this has gone on for over a year). Most of their images are demented and twisted.

4: When they first started they tried to kill me in my dreams using the idea that if you die in you dreams you die in reality (by heart attack or whatever). Well needless to say this failed and I learned to recognize when they were interfering with my dreams and was able to wake up. So they found a way to keep me asleep by creating more sleep dep and the other by entraining the EM fields around my head or keeping the frequencies in my head in the delta range. They may also be able to affect the serotonin levels in the brain by perturbing certain areas of the nervous system.

5: All these crimes influence my health, school work and job performance. These are their ultimate goals. The short term goals are to decrease my health, fail in school, lose employment and finally eliminate me altogether.

"The Awareness Training Series" Part 1

Hello everyone,

I want to use the next few blog posts to cover certain aspects of my situation in detail, they are as follows:

1: First I want to say thank you to all the people, family and friends, who have helped me in the best way they could. I didn’t ask to be in this situation nor did any other victim which includes women and children.

2: I want to make it clear that the people behind these acts are criminals of the worst kind. They hide behind super secret technology, locations and legislation like National Security excuses.

3: My objective is to help other victims and the public at large become aware of what is going on concerning these criminals which include Gov. Agencies, Fed law enforcement, Media monopolies and many others.

4: This whole blog is just the preparatory/initial material for an actual website. The current restrictions on the blog outline make it hard for me to get information expressed and distributed in the manner I want to.

5: I would ask you to try and read at least 3 articles as preparatory material before you get into this blog. By reading the articles you get a better understanding of the big picture and won’t be saying he is paranoid and crazy. There is a big distinction between paranoid and awareness.

6: Always remember- these criminals will do ANYTHING to cover their ass and will LIE to anybody about anything to get their way and do whatever it takes to keep the activities and organization a deep deep secret.

7: I want to steer the blog more in the direction of what is going on exactly with me and not so much the articles (which are pertinent) from others. I will occasionally post new articles as I find them but will focus on the here and now with me and them.

8: Their ultimate weapon is SECRECY so ours is AWARENESS. As many of us as possible must become aware of what is going on in this country and the rest of the world. We must also stay anonymous if possible (I will explain why later). I believe if enough of us activate against these crimes against humanity we can bring these criminals to justice.
