Here it is folks. I new earlier this year, as far back as the Cho shooting on a Virginia Tech campus that the following bill was going to be invented, especially for veterans with PTSD, they either read my mind or I am starting to understand their methods and intentions for the slavery of the people of this country. Trapped in the Left/Right Wing paradigm and the two party system, what the neo-con oligarchies can't get with one party/president they will get with another (Bush/Clinton).

The following legislation in the article below is an abomination. We have veterans who went off to fight an illegal war based on the non-existence of WMD and using the pretext of 9/11, which was inside job, to get us over there. Now these soldiers which can't help but possibly get PTSD will have their 2nd Amendment taken away from them. This is what they will get for serving their country.

To make matters worse, if the bill is passed then it lets any psychiatrist out there the ability to determine whether someone is a harm to themselves or others and they can have their 2nd amendment taken away. This dovetails into the post Disabling Effects of Neurological Weaponry that I put up a few days ago. This is weaponry and technology that psychiatrist can't even begin to fathom. If this weaponry is used on people, which it is right now in this country, then those seeking help from something that was used against them that mimicks a psychological disorder can have their 2nd amendment taken away.

Disabling Effects of Neurological Weaponry

In order to discredit, disable, brainwash, torture, interrogate, and/or kill thousands of targets in the United States and abroad without the general population becoming morally outraged, these methods using the world’s most amazing silent kill weaponry were perfected by the KGB, CIA, and Nazis. This weapon replaces traditional poisons and staged accidents as the preferred way to “Sheppard” the masses, silently eliminate DoD scientists, NSA agents, free thinkers, retired assassins, rogue politicians, etc.

Trying to maintain an image of a morally superior culture is impossible if the same tyrannical tactics used to manipulate current and previous populations which are known in a historical context as barbaric are thereby recognized. So mythologies and pseudosciences were developed to give a dead end reasoning mechanism for the population in order to explain away the horrific hysterical reactions of targets’ testimony about this silent weapon of disablement and slow tortuous kills.

While natural mental illness as defined by cultural norms does exist, targets of neurological weapons usually experience all of them. The CIA has studied and recorded the brain functions of every kind of mental illness and helped developed the weapon system to where it is today. This research goes far beyond the LSD and other drug research on the population. It is beyond the scope of this section to describe how those drug experiments were actually part of the development of EEG cloning technology, referred to in the 70’s due to these kinds of intentionally induced mental error inductions as “psychotronic generators” – i.e. creating psychopaths. The modern day terminology for automated computer programs to generate mental dysfunction are called “mind viruses”, an analogy of what a computer virus does. These are classified as information weapons since they directly affect information processing in the human brain. Obviously the weapons cross classify under psychological warfare, directed energy, and many others.

Below is a glossary of the most popular mental illnesses as defined by the DSM standard manual. The purpose of this glossary is to show how the illnesses are mimicked using this weaponry and to help explain why from an amateurs naïve point of view the cause of the “illnesses” can not easily be distinguished from the naturally occurring segment of the population. The sophistication of the CIA “trickery” is impressive but not when put into context of costs and time to develop.

Hysteria, panic – Onset of torture can be gradual or sudden. In order to make the target act “irrationally in public” as the CIA documents describe and create a track record with the police, FBI, and psychiatry community, a multitude of techniques are used. Those who are EEG cloned with audio cortex mapping also known as silent sound will have audio communication that can not be blocked with ear plugs. The most common threats that accompany torture is that “they” are using sonic bullets which are killing the brain and heart, threat of car bombs, kill family, etc. Naturally, anyone who is unfamiliar with this weapon capability will panic, become hysterical that some great evil is torturing them and threatening everything else they value. This is just part of standard torture and break down techniques in the CIA manual.

Paranoia – Paranoia is easily induced with a combination of gas lighting techniques and stalking methods. A target who is sucker punched by the world’s richest military and most sophisticated weapon natural will distrust everyone as their reality comes crashing down with the ultimate betrayal. In addition, more sophisticated methods of false importance and word meaning associations are used. That technique is too complex to briefly describe here but can create disorders called “media stalking” or “internet stalking”. (See sensitization behavior modification techniques)

Personality changes – brain imprinting which can be thought of as soul erasure, EEG cloning, and behavior modification alter the individual’s very important and unique neurological patterns. These patterns represent the personality, both a summation of genetics and nurture. Brain imprinting is a slow repetitive direct neurological brain washing techniques. (monkey see, monkey do kind of philosophy). EEG cloning is a sudden and direct usurpation of the mind (see split personalities). One of thousands of examples is a woman from Arkansas who woke up from a coma and spoke from that point on with an English accent. She had never visited England .

Split Personalities – Artificially done through EEG cloning, and mind viruses with emotion brain entrainments accompanied by vocabulary talk bots. The mythologies about this condition are daemonic possessions, alien implants, etc. While everyone puts on a false personae depending on different social groups, this is more extreme where the person often doesn’t remember the alter personality. The mimicry of this condition is severe and very different. The CIA has done lots of research to create programmed assassins that could pass polygraphs, sex slaves for politicians for blackmail manipulation, and spies who have sensitive information for memory compartmentalization. However, even with all the classical physical methods of trauma and torture to split personalities for these purposes, the EEG cloning technology offers an alternative. Using the same technology other minor variations can be created like turrets syndrome when the emotional component is taken out. The illusion is created most profoundly using EEG cloning where the brain entrainments of the other participant is forced into the target brain. It will come in and out depending on focus of attention (a necessary synchronization for it to work properly). It is a kind of hypnosis that can be broken using a variety of methods. This can distinguish between the natural and artificially induced conditions.

Disassociated disorder – This is artificially created through torture. Humans will escape from emotional and physical pain by suddenly shutting off emotions. Children who are sexually or physically abused often do it. Useful in creating programmed assassins and sociopathic behavior as well as one of the step of creating “alter” personalities in brainwashing.

Bipolar – This condition is easily simulated with target projects. Since every emotion can be induced, mimicry of emotional swings are part of rocking the target mind to instability. Also part of trying to create split personalities. Differentiating government projects from naturally occurring illness is easily done by the trained professional. One difference is that people who complain of hearing voices should only hear the voices during a manic phase. With government projects the communication is projected during all phases of the simulated emotional swings as one example. The goal is to discredit the project and get them

Mania – Mimicry through behaviors. Going on spending sprees is one such symptom. The government target project goes through typical elation and depression phases. Since the target is privy to the world’s greatest secret and an amazing technology, they often think they will be a hero or inventor and expose it to the civilian world. They spend every dime to find shielding and other defenses driving them into poverty. Then they usually enter the depression stage after they realize how big the cover up is and that the weapon system has become global. They enter the hopelessness stage.

Depression – 3.3 hertz entrainment, negative hypnosis and subliminals through EEG cloning and silent sound do the trick. Being betrayed and tortured with no end in site obviously creates depression. All the values of freedom, justice, and the good people quickly fade with their new reality.

Sleep Disorders, chronic fatigue – The LIDA machine is the most famous example of using electromagnetic signals to put an audience to sleep. This is the most disruptive of all the neurological weapons capabilities. It is designed so that over time “the target will be unable to hold down work and function”. The artificially created disorder is always accompanied with many other sudden onset of inflictions of mental illnesses. Only using EEG pattern analysis can a very skilled professional see how the brain is being kept from entering REM sleep states and at other times being forced into high delta and theta brain wave entrainments during wake states.

Catatonic states / Zombification – mental spinning, internal distraction, extremely severe ADD, depression, hypnosis, trancing. These are a few of the techniques to disable a human. The DoD programs were called “Zombie I-V”. Each technique creates a slightly different disabling effect but the overall objective is the same and that is to make the target “spin their wheels indefinitely” or shut down the higher cognitive functions and motivation/will.

Thought sonarization – I, the writer of this document, can’t help but admire this scam. Tracked back to a French psychologist several years after the weapon system came online, it is now a popular “illness”. There is no naturally occurring equivalent as thought sonarization. This is a pure byproduct of the neurological weapon system. But it has been slowly introduced to be accepted in the pseudoscience field of psychology. One of my favorite stories is of a psychiatrist with Kaiser Permanente who had been diagnosing patients with this illness and suddenly was targeted himself. He said, “How could I have known that this existed? I was wrong and everyone has been duped.” The systems are over four decades old and planned out to be thorough enough so as to manipulate the people who are unaware or unaffected into disbelief. The best motto for the skeptic is “You have to see it for yourself.” The CIA “trick” is extremely technical and derived by Stanford Research Institute before it went black. The target claims, “My thoughts are spoken in my internal voice that I perceive audibly before I finish thinking them.” The audio-cortex mapping of word choice patterns using the classical multi-gram probability matrices are then fedback with ‘silent sound’. So the target is actually mistaken with their claim. What happens is people are predictable with their word choices and sentences. The software can predict the best possible completion of the thought sonarization with some accuracy after months of training patterns. Even if the completion is wrong, the target is led to believe with suggestion that is how he or she would have completed the sentence. Again, it is beyond the scope of this section for more details of the technologies. Research speech recognition algorithms and markov modeling if interested.

Turrets syndrome – While only funny as an observer, turrets symptoms can be simply induced with the system. Known as “forced speech” by the community of human government projects and useful for false confessions and screwing up politicians speeches, it has a simple derivative to mimic this illness. Either induced through EEG cloning or the automated mind viruses, constrained vocabularies using neural induction can be forced. Obviously, sporadic vulgar language is a simple program extension.

ADD (attention deficit disorder) – Next to sleeping disorders this is the second most powerful neurological weapon capability which over time will disable a target. It is a component for mimicry of other mental illnesses like Schizophrenia. Constant context switches due to the frontal lobe brain entrainment patterns will basically cause the amount of brain cycles that can be used to solve a problem reduced. It makes the target unable to prioritize and in the most severe attack can create a zombie where the person can not act or function at all.

Schizophrenia – Typical symptoms that define this illness: non sequitor thoughts and speech, social dysfunction and isolation, inability to hold work, etc. The synthetic version called “remote schizophrenia” by the DoD, simply uses a combination of all the other capabilities listed in this glossary. ADD + bipolar for example will mimic Schizophrenia. Add other methods of error induction to create delusions (or errors of thought) and the illusion for the external observer is perfect. Common examples of induced errors of assumptions and memories: Brain chip implants, evil aliens have abducted the target, they have special powers, etc.

Compulsive/Obsessive disorder – To an outsider of the technology capabilities this seems irrational. But to induce the equivalent of this disorder is easily done through directed energy torture everyday. Anyone who is being wronged in such a grave way and not allowed to forget and heal will spend every second of everyday trying to inform people and find a solution to end their suffering. To an observer, this behavior appears compulsive obsessive but is quite rational given the context of the target.

General Psychopathy – Best illustrated in a movie called “Clockwork Orange”, a reverse process is used to program and condition a target with violent thoughts using a multitude of methods including dream programming, creating white hot anger, etc. Frustration that so called free press is really controlled adds to the build up that often breaks the targets into acts of violence that get written off in the news as psychopaths. Betrayal by government and seemingly callous, selfish people to stop the torture is another frustration that adds to the eventual breaking of the person. This is how it is done. A famous example is a Berkley student who held a bar hostage at gun point demanding that the head of the CIA or president stop the torture using beaming weapons. SWAT ended up shooting him dead. There are thousands of stories exactly like this one in the FBI case files.

Audio/visual hallucinations – While these conditions obviously exist in nature and can be artificially induced by LSD and other drugs, little is documented by using electromagnetics to do it. However, exact audio and visual programming can be done in many projects using EEG cloning. Just like how the brain learns as a baby to interpret the world through its senses, artificial senses can be “grown” into a target in a similar fashion so that under complete sensory deprivation the artificial signal will be interpreted in the brain as similar real senses. So for example instead of having 5 senses, a target of this technology will have 10 partial senses. The reader should start to get an understanding of how this same technology is responsible for everything from split personalities to splitting the sensory perception interpretations.

Delusion transference - This is the closing of the loop of the tautology. (tautology means circular logic). When the psychology profession was being developed, they inserted this “illness” into the book to ensure their authority. If anyone who listens or understands this technology and these tactics after scrutiny and research, they instantly become labeled mentally ill and discredited. Imagine Christopher Columbus being label mentally ill because he wouldn’t listen to the mental midgets that claimed the earth was square. Imagine Galileo labeled mentally ill because the Church disagreed with gravity theory. This is how the irrational, erroneous views that define culture is maintained no matter how dumb it really is. The whole profession is based on norms of intelligence and understanding slowing the progress of culture and civilization but making sure the slow pokes of the species are not left too far behind.

Sensitization training creates many phobias, paranoias, and delusions – Widely used in neurological directed energy weapons behavior modification experiments. Simply by applying correlated pleasure/pain signals with any other sense recognition, a phobia or delusion can be created. Pretty straight forward.

Hyperchondriac – During the heaviest part of brainwashing attacks, the target is informed that they are being given cancer with the directed energy and their body organs are being damaged in various ways. Of course given the feeling of intensity of pain and false sensations being induced into their nervous systems, the target believes that their body is being fried. While in fact there is damage done, it is done through secondary effects of stress and inability of the target to care for their bodies like taking medications on time, reduced immunity from sleep deprivation, hypertension, etc.

Dementia, confusion, and memory loss – This is the easiest of the techniques of neurological weaponry to simulate natural illness. It is just a combination of ADD , EDOM . (ADD = attention deficient disorder caused by intentional rapid change of focus due to EEG cloning. EDOM = electronic dissolution of memory, a CIA program that uses state dependent memory based on fundamental shifts of consciousness using brain entrainments).

Idiot savantism – Adding noise in a brain creates many interesting illnesses and enhanced perceptions. While there are serious side effects such as schizophrenia, it can also give rise to brilliant ideas and completely erroneous ones called delusion in psychology. MKUltra and other experiments were focusing on some of these aspects as a bazaar kind of “think tank”. They were trying to improve memory, enhance creativity, and in other experiments grow/integrate two or more different brains together using this wireless technology. The experiments had some great successes at create brilliant “alien” minds but have always had serious side effects to the willing or unwilling participants. Related to compulsive obsessive disorder since a compulsive with average intelligence will become a savant in their area of expertise and an idiot in all other aspects of human knowledge.

Hypergraphia – Not really important, but demonstrates how there is an illness for everything. Shakespeare would be diagnosed with this. Obviously those who are articulate and know about the worst human rights violations in human history with a conscience write profusely to reach the largest audience. Just to understand the importance of what has happened, if all were known and there were no secrets, the German Nazis would look like good guys compared to the US/UK conspirators of today. Making the target who is confused by the weapon system and tactics document what they are thinking helps to create a track record for discrediting purposes. The games are all about creating a track record of mental illness so that they can be written off in the media and news if used for an assassination or media political manipulation. In addition it disqualifies the target who may seek revenge from entering government agencies.

Dream manipulation is not covered by any disorder but it is an important part of programming and creating disorders and brain imprinting techniques.

These represent just a small subset of all the mental illnesses that can be artificially created. This glossary is useful in understanding the diabolical techniques used to disable and discredit human experiments and real government projects all based on a single technology and weapon system.


What is the probability of even one of these disorders? Targets of mind viruses will usually get 10 or more. Calculating the odds makes it astronomically improbably that a single individual can have these illnesses with sudden onset and this points to a method for “professionals” to distinguish the natural from the artificially induced groups. There are only a handful of technology defenses to help the targets of government pruning of the population.
