I am very happy to see Robert Duncans new book PROJECT SOUL CATCHER Vol 2 published. This book contains some of the most powerful information a person living today can aquire (see also The Matrix Deciphered). I want to use this book as a reference for my comments about technologies and capabilities that exist today concerning Mind Effects and the Integrated Global Surveillance Grid and Human Control Systems.
