The scoop, the whole scoop and nothing but the scoop

Ok folks I am not going to spend a great deal on this because a lot will be in the book I'm writing and because it's old. I have to tell about the background so you can understand how the present is developing.

I finally put all the pieces of this situation together. How I put the pieces together is not important but what was discovered is. I found out through different means that I have been the victim of a rouge DEA agent from Tennessee. I have learned that I have been under illegal surveillance for over ten years now. Once I saw his face I realized he was an "old timer" and probably had the latitude to be able to this. He got authorization to follow me from Tenneesee because of a bail I made for a soldier that was arrested after he set the soldier up in West Virginia. Anyhow he follows me to Oregon after I had discharged from the Army and sets up camp in the apartment above me and through out the rest of the apartment complex. After conducting more illegal surveillance and a smear and whisper campaign through out the city he was finally compromised and the extent of the operation was understood. Following the compromise they continued to remain undercover and harrass and surveil me all night culminating in him requesting that a SWAT sniper be emplaced at the apartment complex. After the ground commander and sniper were compromised and I left the premises they continued to harass and surveil me throughout the morning. Upon returning back to my apartment that morning I realize that there is a full Swat team positioned in the apartment above me where they were conducting there surveillance from. At some point the local police arrive outside my house and ask if they can search my apartment which I let them do and then I went downtown to talk with some people about what was going on. I told them what I thought was going on and was told to basically ignore everything. Shortly after this, with no charges being made I discover that my home and car are being illegally entered and searched daily without my presence or a warrant thanks to the (pardon my french) fucking PATRIOT ACT which in and of itself is a CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY. With this agents operation compromised it was time to go into COINTELPRO mode. They use the excuse of containment and safety for everyone involved as their protocol for bringing in another deep cover agent (FBI) with satellite capabilities to come and rescue the day for everybody. So using COINTELPRO tactics he tries to persuade everybody in the community that I would be better off if I got a haircut and moved back to the east coast where I am from, preferably NEWYORK, (For my own good of course, wink wink nod nod). Well before he could accomplish that he was compromised and identified by me. So instead I moved to another residence in town. Well, this wasn't good enough because they continued to surveil and harass me at my new residence. They were also compromised with me recording two agents entering my house and removing and replacing one of three smoke detectors that were installed before I moved in and then talking shit as they left the house. By the way they entered the house with a key but that's all in the book. They were also compromised when I found listening devices under my house and cut an underground wire that went from my house to the house across the street. After a year of this COINTELPRO bullshit all authorized through the Patriot Act and their bullshit protocol I decided to move again. Nothing changed and the NSA are in on the scene by now. That brings us up to the present.

Digression:

At this point there have still been no warrants or charges made. My crime is being an Ex-Green Beret living in a very liberal community who has changed his mind about what this administration is getting away with and what this government is now allowed to do. I.E 911/Iraq War/Elections/Patriot Act/ EEEEEEEEETTTTTTTTCCCCCCCCC.

The DEA agent wanted me dead because his lying bullshit operation was being unraveled and get this folks he was using surveillance photos taken illegaly of women who were in the military and were either my friends of wives of my friends and was having pornographic directors in California use them in films he felt I would be inclined to watch. Pre 911. He got caught hard.

The FBI agent wanted me in NewYork (or anywhere on the east coast where this shit has taken place for ten years) so that this bullshit could continue in a place he had more control over, more people to use and where the community would not know the truth that this community was learning.

The NSA are now in the situation because nothing else has worked and if they want to continue their crimes while maintaining the support of some really stupid people in the community they must remain anonymous. They also have the technology to get away with murder and not get caught. They are currently torturing me through the use of Electromagentic waves from special satellites that are controlled form underground nuclear hardened bunkers in VA/MD/CO and other places throughout the U.S. The current forms of torture are electric shocks to everyplace on the body, muscle tinnitus (spasms, mostly at night), REM DEP (or sleep deprivation in the reapid eye movement state) and various other methods. I will get into great detail about how all this works later. You will have to do some research on your own but I will guide you through important points.

The Body (background 1)

Time to get into the body of the blog. One of the reasons as I said for starting the blog was to get my side of the events out. By writing the blog I have taken control of the information away from the people operating the satellites and onto the computer screens of my family and friends and those concerned whom I don't know. I don't want to spend a lot of time writing about the background because I am also simultaneously in the process of writing a book and journal describing my experiences with the DEA and FBI. The journal will go into greater detail of what has happened with me with these two agencies. The book will be a detailed account of the methods and motives of surveillance that I have learned since this all started. I will go into the technology used, everything from smoke detectors, hidden cameras in other residences so that they can't be removed by you to black birds (small ravens) that are used for local physical surveillance to aircraft and satellites. I will also go into the methods employed, how the operation was conducted, the use of informers, the communication ability, and how it all works together. Finally I will go into the motives and the psychology of all the people involved. If publishing methods are sabotaged then I will start a web page and put the whole book on line for all to read for free. I want to concentrate mainly on the illegal operations being conducted by the NSA against me. As I do this you will see the other agencies reappearing here and there because they are still being supplied the information the NSA is getting on their computers.

I want to take the time to make a few important points before I start into the body of the blog.

The first is that the most important activism going on today should be against this mind control and illegal surveillance programs.

The next follows the first Get The Word Out, Public Exposure and Public Outcry is one of the most effective ways to combat these crimes. Tell everybody you know about what you know to include this blog, the articles, the websites, the books etc. Secrecy is their greastest weapon.

The third point is that while exposing this also find a way to shield and/or scramble the technology. This will be very hard to do. I have tried with different types of clothing to no avail. That is because the frequency that these weapons operate on are very low and extremely low in signal language. The evoked potentials from your brain operate below 50 hz. I talked to a person with whom I had bought some shielding clothing from and asked him if there was anything that could shield that low and he said no. I think there is we just don't know what it is. My suggestion is for people with knowledge of this type i.e physicists, electrical engineers etc. to possibly invent something that would work in this range or if they know of something already existing then to somehow make it public knowledge while at the same time remaing anonymous. The only computers in the world that can monitor frequencies this low are the NSA's in Ft. Meade, Maryland; Bluemont, Virginia and other underground compunds scattered across the United States.

We believe the United States Government is experimenting on it’s own citizens without their knowledge or consent. We want the Government atrocities to stop. The Government is conducting a nonconsensual black operation trauma-based bio-electronic psychological warfare program. Occasionally, the public learns how research subjects have been victimized in unclassified research. Often with fatal results. A previous psychological warfare research program conducted on nonconsensual human subjects was known MKultra, this program was administered by Government scientists for 14 years during the 1950’s and 1960’s with fatal results. This program was stopped by a Senate Select Committee to Study Government Operation with respect to Intelligence Activities and human research.

Today’s psychological warfare program is conducted in two phases one phase is the trauma-based harassment/surveillance program in which human subjects or targeted individuals are monitored 24 hours a day 7 days a week by satellite technology and government personnel operating ground-based super-computers. People claim their phones are tapped, video cameras are positioned inside and outside their residences, cars are tracked, bugged and sabotaged, mysterious break-ins occur at their homes, emails are interfered with and computers are crashed. Every victim is harassed and stalked by co-conspirators and cherished constitutional freedoms and privacy are thus stripped away.

The second phase is the Bio-electronic torture/research program in which the nonconsenting human subjects or targeted individuals receive “electric shocks” to various parts of their bodies especially their head using satellite technology and government personnel operating ground-based super computers coupled with harmful directed energy weapons such as microwave pulsed signals, microwave audiograms (projected voices in the head), acoustics, extremely low frequency electromagnetic weapons can manipulate persons mind changing their thoughts , behavior and emotions, radio frequency hypnosis, harmonics (known as a mind control technique) and various other classified signal types. These weapons cause debilitating pain harming subjects physically and mentally causing brain lesions, stomach lesions, blisters, eye injuries, cataracts, loose teeth, leukemia and various cancers. The victims are tortured 24/7 for years on end.

We respectfully request an investigation and a hearing into the use of Directed Energy Weapons and the harassment/surveillance programs being tested on unwitting citizens of the United States.

We respectfully request an investigation into the misuse of Government research funding on nonconsensual human experimentation black operations.

Preface

I want to preface the blog with a few ideas. When I think about why I am writing this I find my self returning to the idea of seeing a crime. If I were to go out one day and while walking along I spotted a woman being raped. I am immediately faced with a few choices and decisions. I could run up and help the woman, I could run and call the police, or I could act like I never saw a thing. Well I apply this scenario to the current situation that is happening with me and to countless others. We each must make our own decision, I am going to run up and help the woman. Another idea I want to express is the idea of denial because I was a victim of it at once. When I first discovered this information I couldn't believe it, after all I had just left the military and I couldn't believe certain facets of the government would allow this to happen. To be truthful, if it had not happened to me I might still be sceptical and in denial. After doing a lot of research and investigating I finally pulled myself out of denial like a recovering alcholic and have made some frightening conclusions. Everyone who reads this blog will react in a different way. Some will never believe a word of it. I could show them 18000 declassified CIA documents on MKULTRA and they still wouldn't believe me. Others may be doubtful but conduct some research to get to the truth. Others will operate out of fear and think as long as they don't know anything then they will be safe and secure. We each have to make our own decisions in this life based on where we are in life. For the sake of the human future (at least one worth living in) I hope each one of you considers this information carefully and realizes the consequences of these activities if left to continue.

Organization

The way I want to organize this blog is by cutting it up into different sections or in this case posts. I don't want to bog down my writing with long articles or recommended reading and such. I am going to place articles in their own posts so that you can read them individually. The reason for the articles and research directions I will be providing is so that you can start your own research and thinking for yourself. The information I will be writing about will be almost impossible to understand or believe without some research efforts on the part of the reader. In this way the reader will come to the blog better prepared to understand. A lot of these articles are written by scientists and there is no way I could rewrite or explain the article better. I also want to post a list of books that I feel will give some insight and validity to my claims. This list will include books I already own and some I don't. I will only be giving the name of the book and it's author. Amazon .com will have a brief description of these books. A cool feature about Amazon.com is the buy it used where you can find some really good deals. Most of these books will not be found in your local library. This list will be occasionally updated as I read more and discover more of these books (they don't want you to read). As for my own writing, the only title I will use for each post is Update and then one can just use the date posted to reference it for later. I haven't decided whether or not to make posts for Google searches and a post for Links yet or to just include them in my writing. I may do both.

Objectives

As I have stated before I want to use this blog to communicate my ideas and experiences to my family and friends and anybody else who might benefit from what I am going to write about. The impetus for this blog is an ongoing illegal surveillance operation being conducted by several federal agencies against me. I will explain later how this is happening and why I think it is happening. Right now I just want to outline my objectives for this blog. The first one is to get my side of the story out into the public where it currently is not . I have been subjected to what is called a smear and whisper campaign and haven't had the opportunity to say what I know, this is the way they set things up to gain support for their operations and isolate the victim. The second objective is to let people know what is currently going on right now and the types of crimes currently being committed against me by these agencies. The third is to help people think for themselves about some of what is going on in the world concerning these agencies and their activites. To do this I will be providing articles to read, links to relevant web sites, specific google searches, important books, and my analysis/opinion of what's going on and it's implications. I do not expect anyone to take just my word but to also conduct some research of their own (if they have the time and the concern) and to come to their own conclusions based on the information. The fourth objective is help spread the word to other victims so that they may find a way to protect themselves better from these criminals, one of the best ways is through public exposure. I will be listing some techniques that have helped me and encourage others to share what they know. My fifth and final objective is to attempt to get this information to the highest levels of government in the hopes that there can be fundamental changes in the structure and operations of these agencies. As you will soon see they are not the benevolent crime fighters catching terrorists that some people think they are.

Purpose

My purpose for writing this blog is twofold. One is to keep my family informed about what is going on with me. I have friends and family all over the United States and don't have time to call or write each one daily. My second purpose is to teach others what I have learned since leaving the Army, concerning illegal surveillance activities that have been conducted against me by various federal law enforcement agencies.
