Hey folks it's time to get back to reading and writing. For the rest of this year I want to continue some of the posts that I have already started on here and add a few more. So stay tuned.
Also, now that the attempted coup's and election steal against President Trump are done, it's time to get back to brass tacks. I hate to admit it and don't relish in telling my readers this but what's going on in this country with reference to Directed Energy Technologies is way worse than what just happened for 4 years with the Deep State. It's DEEPER than D.C.

Here's a new video I found very informative today. Very early this morning, I was attacked with Direct Energy which came in the form of Sleep Harrassment/Deprivation coupled with what I call Shit Theater. I have fairly new neighbors that are Meth users/dealers, which are very easy to control using DEW's/technologies. I think they are being used (unwittingly) to fuck with me and harass me. I've had packages stolen, which can be sold for drugs because they don't work and need money. Early this morning 3/4/5/6 o'clock A.M., there was very loud banging frequently coming from their apartment, which is adjacent to mine, as I was trying to sleep. Right before I would drift off to sleep, there would be a loud bang from the neighbors apartment, sometimes coupled with a Direct Energy hit (from shit slugs) which would jar me awake. This technique is different from the electric caffeine effect that a lot of TI's talk about and experience. This technology can detect the moment you fall asleep (recognition of brain waves and other somatic signals) and within micro seconds sends energy to immediately wake you. Sometimes this happens and/or is coupled with loud noises like booms or pops (instead of voices inside the head; nothing external).
This can all be accomplished remotely which can fool TI's who are new to this experience. This is why in the beginning, a TI might blame their neighbor which could share a wall, floor, or ceiling of an adjacent apartment with them. In my case this morning, the neighbors were being used unwittingly as a way to aggravate me because I already know about this trick, in fact it's how the perps in Eugene ended up getting caught/discovered by me. This is another way for them to take out their anger management revenge problems on me for fucking up their little experiment they were conducting on me for the last, at least 20+ years, (they would rather the target never discovers the experiment/technology).
This leads me to repeat the warning to TI's offered by Robert Duncan, which is that the perp's intent after the covert experiment is discovered, is to get the TI to either hurt themselves or hurt others. Both of these courses of action are detrimental to the TI and only makes their job easier. So don't do either, keep your cool, and steadily and cleverly get your story out about what is happening (something I've been doing since 2005 with this blog). I call this neighbor-technology game with unwitting dupes/accessories; coordinated coincidences, or cute on cue techniques. Just to demonstrate how shitty and cowardly these clowns are, they created a burning sensation above my right nostril just to harass a little more. They think this is cute and probably sit around with their shit slug buddies and laugh about it. To me it just proves that these 50 IQ shit slugs are really insecure about who and what they are. They can't do anything I did in the Army and will never have my education level. They're just shit slugs in a prison gang situation/mentality that were given access to these weapon systems, nothing more. And because of that, they will spend the rest of their pathetic existence underground being 50 IQ shit slug cowards, surveilling a true man being All He Can Be.
I think what prompted this attack this morning is the knowledge that everybody in this building of apartments has to move at the end of their lease. The building we all live in was bought by another company is being changed into something else. This means their little Meth/harrasment/neighbor game will soon be over because where I'm moving to they won't be able to afford. So this is the perps, angry, low IQ, cowardly attempt to have a little bit of last minute fun.
So the bottom line is this; when they attack me, I attack back with communication to others, of their felonious actions and crimes against humanity. It's a simple MO.
I just wanted to start writing on here again and update everyone on my situation and current thinking. Some of this may be a repetition of what I have already wrote but a lot will be new. As I have written before, I hope what I am doing here is able to help other Targeted Individuals (TI's) out there learn about what is going on with relation to Directed Energy Weapons (DEW's), how to possibly cope, the capabilities of the systems, the mindset of the users, and the political aspects surrounding these weapons and their use. I also hope to share books and literature that I have acquired since my last post. The impetus for writing now is that 2020 will be a very important year for this country. But even more than that, the DEW attacks have not abated, in fact they have increased. Just this weekend, Iv'e encountered more Street Theater (which I refer to now as Shit Theater), Sleep Deprivation, and REM Manipulation (which I refer to as Dream Hacking), along with the daily shocks, burning sensations, and voice to skull/subliminal suggestion effects. I consider each individual attack a crime, something that would be a felony if done on the street with similar type weapons/effects (e.g. If I approached someone on the street and I used a stun gun or cattle prod on them without their consent). This is why the technology is secret. I will write about this more later.
Just to remind folks a little bit about my situation and my current thoughts. SURVEILLANCE.
I moved to the state of Oregon in June of 2002 after exiting the military. It was shortly thereafter that I discovered I was under some sort of surveillance. Looking back I realize I was under surveillance even while in the Army; possibly since I joined in 1989. I am still under surveillance today. Let me start by saying there are basically two forms of surveillance, legal and illegal. It seems to me that legal surveillance is used when those conducting it need something to present to courts as evidence. Illegal surveillance takes place where the information gleaned is used to parallel construct some other sort of crime. Some other dates of interest; it wasn't until 2004 that I started questioning the 9/11 report. I had learned about WTC building 7 falling at free fall speed and collapsing into its own footprint. In June of 2005, I started this Blog. It was at this time that I started experiencing what I call the effects of DEW's. In 2006, I encountered Robert Duncan on yahoo in a forum for Mind Control victims. It was at this time we starting communicating regularly. I will be posting some of our communications on this post (below is one that took place in 2006 in which I was experimenting with some of the shielding technology that he was working on. I am keeping my email address anonymous because it is still active, I'm pretty sure his is inactive at MindAvenger. Readers will be able to see the date and time of the email and the body of the email. Robert has since went on to write the books Project SoulCatcher vol2 and How To Tame A Demon. He has also posted some YouTube videos where he speaks with other TI's and he has even been on the Jesse Ventura series, Conspiracy Theory 2009-2012. FYI, (Robert himself was targeted and tortured and is not what some believe, a disinformation agent). In 2011, I bought Robert's book PSC and in 2014 I bought HTTAD, both from Amazon. One other book that I bought in 2014 that is germane to my situation is called Closing the
Gap and has to do with Gang Stalking (which I was experiencing since 2002). I've only lived in two cities since moving to Oregon, one i'll call Original and the other Current. I lived in the Original city from 2002-2006. I lived in Current city from 2006-2020. It's been 18 years since I moved to Oregon and this has left some Burning Questions which I will present below in no specific order.
1. Was I under surveillance by law enforcement at any level (local, state, federal) from 2000-2020?
This question comes up for several reasons. I have reasons to believe, Yes. The number one reason is because of a statement that I read when I was living in the Original city, at my second residence (I lived in three all together, I'll get two and three later in the post). I was starting to experience an increase in what is called Gang Stalking and/or Shit Theater. I went to the local Sheriff's office to apply for a Concealed Weapons Permit. While there, I asked the Deputy if there would be anything that would be a problem for me and he said he would check. I didn't want to spend the money and then get denied. When the Deputy returned he gave me a piece of paper from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) that read the following: [My first and last name, current address, and a statement that read, 'Paranoid after leaving Special Forces'.] At the time, this seemed quite strange. I asked the Deputy if this would disqualify me and he replied, "No", and that they (the Sheriff's Department) would determine my eligibility, not the FBI. I said, "OK", filled out the application and wrote the check.
Quick Background Recap: 2002-2004. Second residence in Original city.
Up until this point, I had already moved from my first residence and into the second. I did this because it was at the first residence that I first detected the surveillance. The situational awareness I had developed over the years in the Army (Individual Terrorism Awareness Course, INTAC) and through my research into the subject (J.E. Hoover's FBI tactics), was telling me something was wrong. At first, neighbors around me were moving from their long time residences, abruptly, and being replaced with suspicious looking people. Then I noticed the apartment across the parking lot from me seemed to never have people in a certain room, even though it was supposedly occupied by someone (I would later learn this was a surveillance technique in which a camera/monitor would be set up to keep track of who went into and out of my apartment and when. This would help the perps know when they themselves could enter to do searches / sneak and peeks. They had to make sure nobody was in the residence when they entered. This was the only entrance in the apartment. Later on, when I suspected somebody was entering my apartment, the perps would go in and move around furniture and other things to create paranoia in me, the target, but also as a way to give me the middle finger for catching them.)
Some other clues that I believed (and still do today) were evidence of surveillance are pretty wild so bear with me. After my neighbors had abruptly left after years of living there, I decided I wanted to meet the new neighbors but I never saw them go in or out of the apartment. I could hear footsteps and other sounds (they lived directly above me) but never saw them directly. At times, during the day, I would sit by my open door and wait to see if anybody would walk by so I could say hi and meet and greet (the apartment above me was the only one; 3 stories. I also had a neighbor below me, I was in the middle). On one particular day, I noticed a man walking up to the neighbor above wearing a Red jacket. I didn't think much of it at the time. It did verify that someone was living in the apartment. I never saw the man leave. Days afterward, when talking with a neighbor that lived across from me, (he was a new tenant also), another man wearing the same type of Red jacket approached us as if he was there for a reason but neither of us knew the man. I can't remember what he said he was doing. At the time, I'm pretty sure whichever agency was conducting the surveillance knew that I was onto something and they were afraid that I would start suspecting all the neighbors around my apartment. This created an added dimension because now it's possible that the agency conducting the surveillance is responsible for anyone that are truly involved in the activity (upstairs neighbor/occupant), along with those involved involuntary (those being lied to about activity going on in my apartment when I am not home), neighbors below and adjacent. Later on I will add one more accomplice and that will be the apartment manager (who lived in the building but not the apartment that the camera was located, which was separate from the building I was living in. This person would have to know about these activities, and because of this, the agency in charge deployed what I determined to believe was a SWAT sniper unit later on in the story.
So back to the point, I think the idiots in the red jackets were undercover agents who were on the ground, in the area, in case I were to retaliate because of what I was suspecting (see my background and training in the profile).
Another thing that I learned about during the time I was under surveillance would be the use of birds to conduct surveillance. After suspecting that there was a camera in the apartment across from mine, I started to situate myself in areas around the building in which the camera couldn't pick up on. I still hadn't met the "neighbor" above yet and decided I would wait outside the apartment at times. It was at this time that I started to notice little black birds all around the area outside of my apartment building. I had never seen them before, but especially at night. I would play this game with the birds where I would hide just out of sight of the camera and one of the little beady eyed black birds would get to where it could see me and then start chirping away. I would go into my apartment after a while and they would leave or perch somewhere close by the building. As I have said before, there was even one time when the birds were watching through a balcony window that was connected to my apartment. Below is a photo (exhibit 1) of the area where I lived. I lived in the apartment where the red dot is located above the roof. The green dot you see on the roof is the location of the camera and it's also the building where the Apt manager lived. In the book below on Surveillance Technologies, which I didn't purchase until 10 years after this incident, is a chapter (14) on how animals are used for surveillance purposes.
Another thing that would lead me to believe I was under surveillance happened early one morning at the first residence. It was about 3-4 o'clock in the morning and everything was calm and quiet when I decided to leave my residence without warning. I really wanted to test my hunches and see if any reaction would take place. So I ran to the place with the blue dot on Exhibit 1 and laid in the bushes silently without moving. After about 2 minutes, the streets were filled with at least five cars going up and down the roads over over frantically. I knew at this time that something was going on. This was not a coincidence. After about 5 minutes of laying in the bushes silently watching the cars crisscross back and forth up and down the streets, I got up and walked North to a store located just a few blocks away.
Later, I want to continue this story and explain about the yellow dot in Exhibit 1and the suspected sniper. Stay Tuned because we just getting started. I want to tell about my two other residences and what occurred at each.

I am still in the fight. Just been working on a lot of other projects. I've also been doing a lot reading and want to post those books soon. Hope everyone is doing well this Christmas season. Stay tuned.
I'm still here in the fight. I am spending some time on 6 other social media sites so I haven't been here much. Plus, I am saving certain content for this blog. I want to lay out what has happened to me recently to give the readers an understanding of what exactly can be done with directed energy weapons coupled with surveillance.
So, a few weeks ago, I was at work in a public building, when an old acquaintance walked pass me without noticing me. I shouted his name and he turned to me and we started talking. I asked him about his start date to begin his training in the military; he was set to join in a month. He stated that he would not be attending at his original date because of an injury. I asked him what his injury was and he responded that his patellar tendons were hurting again after a one mile run. Just to be sure that I understood him correctly, I traced my fingers across my own tendon below the knee for about 3 inches. He agreed that was the area injured and we continued to talk about what he can do and what his options were as far as extending his entry date. He seemed a little bit deflated that he couldn't start when he was supposed to so I tried to motivate him and started talking about my time in the service and some of the schools which I had attended when I was in (this list is in my profile). At the end of conversation, he seemed to be in better spirits and left to go home. I finished my day at work and went back home which is over 10 miles away.
So, I go home and go to bed later that night, at about 3 o'clock in the morning I wake up due to an intense pain on the exact area of my Tibia (the patellar tendon) that I had traced the prior day with my fingers when talking with my friend. The pain level was about a 7 on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being almost unbearable and 1 being uncomfortable. The pain lasted between 1-2 minutes before it subsided, never to return again.
Now, what I want the readers to understand, particularly the T.I's, is that this type of harassment is nothing new to me. It has happened many times before. As an example, I was at work a couple of years ago when I noticed a man walking with crutches. I said hello to him and he proceeded to go into the hospital nearby. About 30 seconds after the man left my presence, I received a shock under each arm at an intensity level of about 5 for 10-15 seconds. This gives you some insight into the level of their maturity and IQ. These are the little games they like to play for amusement while they live out their existence underground.
So what can we learn from this experience that will be of real value to TI's.
First, don't fall for the trick that it is your neighbor using these weapon systems against you. As I said, this happened in a public building at an impromptu moment. Nobody was around the corner or upstairs from me doing this. These weapons work remotely and are entrained on your specific EEG signature. No one else around you will feel or hear anything. These weapons have worked on me in airplanes and in the middle of the Indian Ocean. I am not sure how deep underground one would have to be escape the energy.
Second, learn to get a baseline for your own health. By that I mean, if all of a sudden your shin starts to hurt in the way I mentioned above, ask yourself, did I do anything to cause the pain. I am not running or lifting weights or doing anything that would cause this.Let me point out a big difference here that must be understood. There are basically 2 types of TI's, one who knows they are targeted and one that does not. This technique works best on those that don't know they are TI because they won't ask the questions that I just presented. They will be the ones who take off work to see what is wrong, discontinue working out if they are trying to get healthy, seek medical help which will cost them money which may be low at the time, etc. You get the idea. Part of the torture program that is designed and tailored for this particular TI may be to drain finances.
If
you haven't seen this yet, please take the 8.5 minutes this weekend and
watch it. Then share it with everyone you know and have all of their
friends share it, especially if you work in the military, law
enforcement or intelligence. Monday and Tuesday voting is critical. I
know this material can be chilling and disturbing and hard to connect
the dots sometimes but it must be addressed. Trump may not be perfect
but Hillary is treasonous and orders of magnitude worse than Trump.
Do
you ever get the sense or wonder why these wars in the middle east
never end or that our enemies seem to be one step ahead. Hacking
computers is not hard if you have the technology and high technology
does exist. Think about the Mars rover which weighs hundreds of pounds
and is now roving around on Mars which in 2014 was 57 million miles away
from the Earth. Let that sink in. Now you have three bone heads in
Huma, Clinton, Weiner, walking around with communication devices that
are unsecure with our state secrets on them. Think about it, 650,000
emails, some of which might be Top Secret or Special Access Programs
(SAPS) information on the laptop of Huma and Weiner. No wonder they
destroyed all those devices and used bleach bit to permanently erase
information. They figured it was better to deal with hackers and blame
it on Russia then for law enforcement officials to find it on their
devices. Tradeoffs.
And
now the media asks us to weigh this with a recording of Trump 10 years
ago talking about grabbing pussy or tax evasion which all of these
millionaires take advantage of.. Give me a fucking break. And now some
are seriously thinking about putting Clinton in the most powerful
position in the world. The koolaid must be really strong this year. (And
this isn't even touching on the Clinton Foundation investigation.)
Finally,
in thinking about this whole situation, we get to the pith of the
point, the BLUF or Bottom Line Up Front. If I were to reduce or boil all
of this down, it comes out in a hypothesis or idea I have called 'The
Political Algorithm of Power' and it is summed up in the simple
equation/expression B^3 or B cubed or B to the power of 3 set equal to E(eTI) where E is the sum of the effects (e) of the Targeted Individual (TI); otherwise in mathematical notation B^3=E(eTI). The B's stand
for Bribery, Blackmail, and Bloodshed in that order. I believe one of
the keys to this whole operation is infiltration of moles and traitors
into our government and key political positions of power. The government
and people of this nation seem to me to be good, honest, hardworking
people; it's the shit slugs (SS) that make it difficult for everybody
else. They operate using the B^3 which has a foundation in money and
human weakness. The key to overcoming these obstacles is (guess what)
transparency and courage because this algorithm depends on secrecy to
work. What Wikileaks and the White Hat Hackers around the world have
provided is the needed sunlight to cleanse this wound. I've been
blogging since 2005 and it always comes down to this and the main stream
media make it worse when they obfuscate the truth. Now I want to analyze this a little deeper. One might even call this a thought experiment if hypothesis is too strong a notion. First imagine a hierarchy based on a pyramid in which at the top you have what one might call the Global Elite or the New World Order (NWO) or the Military Industrial Complex. Then at a lower level imagine we have politicians, government officials, law enforcement and/or military personnel.

It's been a while since I've posted on here. I have a lot going on in my life right now but I am still in the fight. For those of you wanting more information on Robert Duncan (Project Soul Catcher) he has posted some interviews on You Tube. One of the interviews is with a TI. It seems Robert is in a strange situation in that he probably has Gag orders and Non-disclosure agreements with the government and so cannot speak publicly about certain topics. Plus he was tortured himself so he probably does not want to stir that up again. I believe he is credible and not a disinformation agent. In fact, I believe certain entities are probably "poisoning the well" by linking him to aliens and other nonsense. This is a very old intelligence tactic that still works. Another example is people claiming "no planes" hit the Twin Towers or Pentagon. This is a discrediting tactic. I hope to write more in the coming months. I appreciate all the visitors to my blog. Here are 2 more books to add to your reference library for Directed Energy Weapons/Studies. I have had these books for over a decade but never really read them. Now that I have been targeted, I have been reading everything I can find on these crimes. These particular books were published in 1993/1995 by Feral House. They reference all the experiments and studies that were performed in the 1960's. This is an essential resource. The first is Alex Constantine, "Psychic Dictatorship In The U.S.A" and the second is "Secret And Supressed, banned ideas and hidden history" Edited by Jim Keith..You probably won't find these at your local book store so just go to Amazon and get them used...To the best of my judgement these book are the real deal and in a world full of disinformation that tries to cover up these crimes it is essential that we discern the phony/fake/bullshit...Also get Robert Duncans "Project Soul Catcher" to get the up to date information. His book will bring you up to speed on how far the technology has advanced since the 60's -90's. Spread the word...
When I get the time I am going to start a new blog with just reference materials that I use to write my reports, I will just use a little footnote/reference number at the end of a sentence so the reader can connect the info with the source...

I just got around to reading Jose Delgado's book "Physical Control of the Mind: Toward a Psychocivilized Society" and found it fascinating. What is important to note is that the brain mapping and stimulation he did in 1969 is now being done remotely with finer tuning (TI's need to understand that implants are not needed anymore). This is a key book to read. I found it online for free (even though incomplete). More to come....
Due to the recent shootings in CT, OR and other states in the past, I think it is time for this country to start realizing and investigating how the current directed energy/mind effects technology that exists today can be used to influence certain individuals to commit murder and then to commit suicide, A pattern is starting to emerge in which the shooters of these crimes have been mentally ill in some form or fashion. One of the strategies that the handlers use on their targets with these weapons systems is to cause schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, voices in the head, paranoia, or to believe GOD or something supernatural is communicating with them and giving them instructions. These weapons systems can induce these symptoms in the target and/or piggy back on a person already with a compromised personality.
Many brave people have come forward and risked their lives to reveal this technology and its applications, all the American people have to do is realize its existence, move past their fear of its existence, and put the matter into the national dialogue. I am not saying these weapons are responsible for the recent crimes but that they must be taken into consideration just as much as gun laws, mental illness, psyche drugs, violence on TV/gaming (etc) must be taken into consideration in explaining this terrible tragedy. If these weapons are responsible and we don't, as a NATION, acknowledge and expose this technology, we may never get to the real cause or the root behind this terror.

Here is a catalog of the U.S. Patents that the intelligent reader can use for a reference point to understanding the weapons systems that possibly exist. I have found that a lot of people I encounter have no idea where to start thinking about what you are teaching them so I created an Acronym to address the issue. I call it the R.O.P.E which stands for the (Realm Of Possibly Existing) and I approach this idea on two levels. The first level involves actually trying to think about and communicate to others what exists and why it might exist. If a person doesn't believe or think that a certain type of technology exists, for whatever reason, then it is almost impossible to get them to think about its applications. The second level on which I use the acronym involves an allegory and the emotion of fear, which can be an impediment to thinking about what exists and possibly why. I will get into this deeper later. Right now I just want to start cataloging the technology. I am only going to list the Patent number, its title, author, date and abstract. The rest can be accessed at the US Patent website. Just plug in the patent number where it says Number Search. The website will give the information I have given plus the patents references, claims, description, summary, and description of the drawings. It is important that the reader take into consideration the date of the patent. Using the date I hope to provoke thinking into the past and also into the future, where we can attempt extrapolations (infer: to use known facts as the starting point from which to draw inferences or conclusions about something unknown). Abstract: Brain wave patterns associated with relaxed and meditative states in a subject are gradually induced without deleterious chemical or neurological side effects. A white noise generator (11) has the spectral noise density of its output signal modulated in a manner similar to the brain wave patterns by a switching transistor (18) within a spectrum modulator (12). The modulated white noise signal is amplified by output amplifier (13) and converted to an audio signal by acoustic transducer (14). Ramp generator (16) gradually increases the voltage received by and resultant output frequency of voltage controlled oscillator (17) whereby switching transistor (18) periodically shunts the high frequency components of the white noise signal to ground.

Abstract: Ambient audio signals from the customer shopping area within a store are sensed and fed to a signal processing circuit that produces a control signal which varies with variations in the amplitude of the sensed audio signals. A control circuit adjusts the amplitude of an auditory subliminal anti-shoplifting message to increase with increasing amplitudes of sensed audio signals and decrease with decreasing amplitudes of sensed audio signals. This amplitude controlled subliminal message may be mixed with background music and transmitted to the shopping area. To reduce distortion of the subliminal message, its amplitude is controlled to increase at a first rate slower than the rate of increase of the amplitude of ambient audio signals from the area. Also, the amplitude of the subliminal message is controlled to decrease at a second rate faster than the first rate with decreasing ambient audio signal amplitudes to minimize the possibility of the subliminal message becoming supraliminal upon rapid declines in ambient audio signal amplitudes in the area. A masking signal is provided with an amplitude which is also controlled in response to the amplitude of sensed ambient audio signals. This masking signal may be combined with the auditory subliminal message to provide a composite signal fed to, and controlled by, the control circuit.

In one embodiment, circularly polarized electromagnetic radiation is transmitted upward in a direction substantially parallel to and along a field line which extends through the region of plasma to be altered. The radiation is transmitted at a frequency which excites electron cyclotron resonance to heat and accelerate the charged particles. First, artificial magnetic lines of force are established from the earth's surface by positioning a loop of cable at the earth's surface. An electrical current of sufficient amperage is passed through the cable which inherently generates the artificial magnetic field from the center of the loop. The field strength B on the artificial lines in the region of plasma to be altered is sufficient to increase the cyclotron frequency of the electrons in the plasma so that it will exceed the rate of collosion of the electrons. I just wanted to post this for my readers awareness. This morning from 0300-0500, I was assaulted heavily with Directed Energy against the skin and muscles, along with sleep harassment (neurotransmitter cascades) and REM state surveillance/manipulation using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Virtual Reality (VR) tools and real time DOD controllers. I consider every instance of Directed Energy use against me a felony and as of right now, in just Oregon alone, the crimes have been taking place for 10 years. If I was hit only once per day that would equal 3650 felonies. I can reassure you it's been more than that. Crimes against soldiers and other citizens in the United States, committed by the CIA/DOD/NSA complex, are nothing new and have been done for decades secretly using Nuclear/Biological/Chemical (NBC) materials. The latest technologies using Electromagnetic (EM) energies are probably close to impossible to detect without sophisticated equipment. The criminals who take part in this blood cement know what the stakes are if they get caught and so secrecy is paramount. The individual criminals conducting these traitorous, cowardly acts will probably never be brought to justice and so it is my intent to reveal as much as I can about these atrocities. One of the techniques used against Targeted Individuals (TI's) is mental terrorism and fear to keep the target silent. As long as people are afraid to bring this subject out into the light, the situation will continue to get worse for (everybody).
